Im really not sure why this facility had such a low rating, but when I arrived last evening for a 9:30 appointment, I was greeted right away by Carol and within 5 minutes my co-pay was collected and my forms filled out. I got there an hour early as requested and within 10 minute of me sitting down I was escorted to the back for my 5 minute CT Scan. The young man that did the scan was very cordial and informative and made me less nervous for my first scan ever. Horrible! I had an MRI appointment for intense hip pain. I got to the office and they said they were still waiting for insurance approval. I have Medicare plus Health Net supplemental. No one from the office called to tell me there were issues before I drove there with a herniated disk - which was diagnosed when I took myself directly to ER after that horrible experience. I was scheduled for an x-ray today at 2:00pm, check in is 20min before, so I arrived at 1:40pm, and I was done/out of the office by 2:30pm. The x-ray technician that attended me was kind and professional. I'm very satisfied with the level of care I received, considering I was a bit hesitant to book an appointment at this specific facility consider the ratings/review. I'm happy to go hear for another x-ray in the future! The facility is very neat and clean, and the receptionists were timely as well. Bathrooms are accessible from the waiting area right near the receptionist. On the other hand, the disability-friendly bathroom right near the entrance door seems to require a key, so please heed that. read more

I had an extremely frustrating experience with RadNet's billing department. They submitted the wrong claim to my insurance, which resulted in me receiving a bill that I should not have been responsible for. After contacting my medical group, they confirmed that RadNet had filed the claim incorrectly. During a three-way call between myself, my medical group and RadNet, the representative from my medical group explained to the RadNet billing agent exactly how to correct and resubmit the claim. Unfortunately, the RadNet agent still failed to understand or properly handle the issue. Because of their incompetence and lack of follow-through, my account was eventually sent to collections, causing me unnecessary stress and damage over something that was entirely their mistake. This is unacceptable customer service and billing practice. I will no longer use RadNet services and I plan to file complaints with the appropriate authorities regarding this behavior and mishandling of insurance claims. I expected professionalism and accountability, but instead I was ignored and financially impacted because of their errors. read more

I waited beyond an hour past my appointment at 3:15. I went up to the receptionist and asked what is taking so long and that they shud see patients sooner who they ask to fast 4 hours prior to their ct scan and at that point I am going 5 hours. I told her I'm already very thirsty and very hungry I already feel sick. She was surprised when she asked me what time I checked in and I said 2:55 and that's the only time she gave me the damn chart to fill out! Brandon the CT scan tech told me I was bumped off showing from his end and he also told me that the receptionists aren't doing their job right! This happened on Sept 25, 2025 between the hours of 2:55 and 4:15 so please check the names of receptionists during those times on that day and maybe they needed some extra training. Your back office biller submitted the wrong diagnosis code when submitting the claim to my insurance. Instead of looking at the diagnosis code on my referral/ prescription- your office choose their own codes incorrectly. Now my insurance will not pay. My insurance has contacted your billing office 2 weeks ago to correct the claim and Aetna was told your site would contact me in 2-3 business days and that has not happened. I called your office today, Monday Apri l6th, and got a customer service representative who would not transfer me directly to a biller. And they told me they would send a message to the biller for review and someone would contact me in 30-45 business days. This is unacceptable, unprofessional and unethical to put the incorrect diagnosis code when billing insurance claims. read more

Not sure why I'm writing this bc I see others have raised the same issues that I had w my visit here - and a rep puts a reply up that they are sorry and thank the reviewer for bringing this to their attention (as if they never heard this before.) I had an APPOINTMENT and showed up EARLY like they told me to and I was not seen for AN HOUR after my appt. People who were walk ins got in before me...they were telling walk ins the wait was 30-45 mins!!! I asked the rep at the desk what was going on and she said I was next. Thirty minutes later - just as I was asking for my money back bc I was going to leave - I was called (along w a person who had a later appt than me and 2 walk ins who got there AFTER ME) We were all brought to another waiting room! I made it known I was there for over an hour and a very rude tech then dealt with me, did the X-rays and I finally got out of there. I sure hope their radiologists are not as lackadaisical as the rest of the staff at this joint. They don't validate parking and I had to pay $$$ to park for a procedure that my appt message said would take 10 minutes! I was there for over an hour. This place is a mess. Go elsewhere. Took my mom, a trauma patient with several broken ribs and broken pelvis who is in a wheelchair, to get an ultrasound and we left a few minutes later with her in tears. 1. She is capable of answering questions on her own but the tech felt the need to talk to me until I said she can answer. 2. The tech took us to a dark room with zero explanations and/or questions and said she needs to lie completely flat on her stomach. 3. When explained that would be impossible considering her injuries, instead of offering any kind of apology, solutions or emotion she said "I can't move the bed and I'll hurt my arm reaching." A robot would have more empathy and personality. Also, as an imaging center be ready to accommodate people with all types of injuries. Vet your hires and do better for your patients. read more

I would have given ZERO star rating if there was one. First the parking, no validation. Office employees were rude, long wait. I was charged over $600 for an MRI. Today, I called another MRI center on Glenoaks Blvd, and their rate was $290. Highway robbery, plus I has to put up with their rude attitude. They actually asked me right before going into the MRI if I was claustrophobic LOL. The results in about a week, where other locations 2-3 days. I was going to give this facility one star but the gentlemen named Andy that helped me with the x-rays was so professional and so knowledgeable. I'm giving it three stars the parking lot as far from where the facility is and it's paid. I guess we'll have to see if I adjust this review. I am writing to express concern about a recent experience at this facility involving X-ray services. According to their website, X-rays are available on a walk-in basis and do not require an appointment. However, pateients are currently being turned aways for not having an appointment, which contradicts the information provided online. it looks like they are not following thier current policy on X-ray appointment. if I had a choice not gong there I would never ever go but because of my insurance/HMO. Sadly i have no other choice. they do not validate parking either and it's very expensive. specially if you have to wait for hours. my experience with them is horrible, like today i finally find street parking. walked 15 minutes and they turned me away. this is not acceptable. not professional staff either. read more

BEWARE!! This review is based on the horrible interactions with billing/collections department and not from the actual office. Unfortunate billing practices with questions still unanswered and statements unsent. You cannot speak with a billing supervisor for help. You may get bizarre text demands from a company with a different name demanding payment from you - check out the screenshot posted with this review. The text will look like a phishing scheme but after hours of digging and speaking to multiple people and departments, you'll find out it's valid. This company needs to make significant updates to their billing service and monitor the communications from all parties attached to it. I will note that Valerie and Sergio from Imaging Specialists of Glendale did listen to my concerns and attempt to help which was appreciated. I arrived at this location at 8:00 AM for an X-ray and was told the wait time would be 30 minutes. At 9:00 AM, I followed up since it had already been an hour. I was then told the 30-minute estimate started from when the person who took my ID and insurance saw me--which was never made clear. She then said it would be another 20 minutes. It's now 9:35 AM and we're still waiting. On top of that, her attitude has been dismissive rather than apologetic. I wouldn't have minded a longer wait if I had been told from the start. Came here on a Tuesday night and there were a couple of people in the waiting room. Everything was very clean and nice. My technician (I believe her name was Elizabeth, I think) was an absolute angel and made the experience as pleasant as possible. She was really kind and did everything to make me as comfortable as she could. She also explained what she was doing every step of the way, which definitely helped my mindset. Parking was easy in the garage attached. They don't validate but it wasn't bad. Would definitely recommend this place if you need testing/imaging done. read more

Clean environment and professional staff. The doctors, nurses, physician assistants and front personnel were all very informative, patient & courteous. They have lockers to put your belongings in securely while you get your MRI. I had an MRI arthrography, which a contrast agent is injected directly into the affected joint, guided by fluoroscopy (a low-dose form of X-ray) to ensure the accuracy of the injection, followed by MRI imaging. The contrast material allows for clearer images of the tendons, ligaments and cartilage in the affected area. The doctor helped me me feel more at ease by explaining what steps she will be taking and communicated with me the whole time during the procedure. I was taken to another room after for the MRI. Ellic the MRI technologist was professional, courteous and caring. Answered all my concerns and was very helpful. They made me a copy of MRI results on CD which I really appreciate. They have a parking structure for a fee and street parking available as well. I am very pleased with Imaging specialists of Glendale's customer service. Thank you read more
