This place is garbage, first they dont stay open like they like to advertise, open and close when they feel like it. They have a very limited selection of Christmas trees and the worst thing of all is the prices. I looked a tree that was flocked with a big strip of green about 12 to 13 inches of green unflocked snow going from top to bottom. I asked the price cuz not one tree there had a price tag on it. I asked one worker there the price he tells me to ask someone up from so I do. I walk up to 3 poeple, 2 males smoking up a storm and 1 female. They point at her and she points at the worker and yells to him which one. So I say over here, so she walks about 1/2 way, looks me up & down and snaps $250 with sand sprayed on it. I tell her $250 for this one, shes says yes it has sand sprayed on it. I look at her and say sand. Now she looks upset and tells me yes, it has sand sprayed on it. I tell her ok but its missing a big strip of sand from top to bottom. $250 is all I hear from her as she walks away. I leave and go buy a tree at home depot and fake snow ( flocking ). I paid way under $200 for 8 foot tree, fake snow and some nutrients oh and a stand. That tree lot is only out to get you for your cash and to hook up their buddies. The part about hooking up buddies is no biggy cuz I probably would do the same. read more

More like a 2.75. The price is cheaper than other lots I've been to. Recently moved to Glendale and this lot had the highest reviews. When I went to view the trees, it took awhile to find find a tree that wasn't already browning. I paid for a stand and for delivery. I'm disappointed that when they cut the bottom for a stand that they didn't cut the bottom branches off so that it's easier to water. I'm also disappointed because the tree isn't very fragrant and is already browning. If you're going time get a tree here, maybe stick with a flocked tree so that it won't brown and you won't miss that wonderful tree smell. read more

Glendale Tree Lot has beautiful Christmas trees at competitive prices. We having been buying our trees there for several years. The customer service is great too! Last year we noticed that after our tree had been delivered the stand was leaking water. We called and the owner was upset and very apologetic, they showed up to fix the issue within 15 minutes. The tree does not take in water, and dries up within 1.5 weeks. No my heater is not blowing, the tree just does not take in water. I have bought small tree for my daughters room and a big one for my living room and none of them last, not sure if it's the location they get it from, or what causes this but definitely won't come back. read more

Tree-mendous lot! We have been loyal patrons to this tree lot for five years and the same people seem to have been running it every time. The trees couldn't be fresher, green, fragrant and beautifully shaped, as best as possible. Approximately $48 more than Home Depot and completely worth it in my opinion. No cutting open, spinning around, sappy hands, rushing to beat other customers, checking for freshness like the stores. Communication can be tough with language barrier for us, but we always get through with big smiles, pointing, and laughing. Lol. No frills, hassle free, calm tree buying experience with hundreds of trees standing up to be easily viewed and personally handpicked. The tree always last nicely through the first week of January. I had to edit my review, because somehow, the owner got it, pulled down. Crooked, dying trees everywhere and they didn't honor their word! Take a minute to sort by the low reviews (if The owner hasn't managed to get yelp to review all the others, like mine, that I had to rewrite) and you'll see that there are many that echo my experience. I called on Christmas Day 2022 to see if they had any trees left and whoever was working said that he had marked the $275-300 7-8 ft trees down to $100 FOR ALL 8 foot TREES to clear out his inventory. We got there on the 25th 20 minutes before they closed with the $100 cash per our phone conversation and the guy we spoke with, marked the tree up $20 for the type of tree it was, after he had told me he was were discounting them all to $100. I wanted a specific type of tree and he tried to charge my mom an extra $20 for it. So he didn't keep his word. Then, he sent my 79 yr old mom home with a CROOKED tree which really pissed me off after not honoring the deal and charging her an extra $20 for a crooked tree. (We brought our own stand or that would've been even more money.) Based on the reviews, I expect this tree to be dead within a few days. The only reason we went there was it was close to our house and they were open but we will never be back. I don't appreciate being ripped off for a crooked tree after they mark the tree price up. I would never run my business this way. Not a good way to get repeat customers! read more

Very very disappointed. We've been buying trees from this tree lot for years now and this year was horrible. My tree literally looks like it's burnt to a crisp and ready to be delivered to the grinch. When I called to the owner all he could say was " it's your heater" "you aren't watering it" "there's absolutely nothing I can do about it". First of all yes there is, like offering me a new tree. At the end of the holiday season there's plenty of trees just hanging around the lot so you could spare me one. We're taking down all our ornaments and throwing the tree out. I have always been happy with the trees from Glendale Tree lot, they are beautiful with a wonderful selection. For the most part the workers are very helpful and especially the young man who helped me and picked a beautiful noble for me. I always peruse a few tree lots in my area before I buy just to see what the going prices are and who has the best price. I came here on a Tuesday and spoke to a gentleman whom I thought might have been the owner and asked him how much is 6-7ft nobles were, he said 120.00 and 7-8ft were 160.00. That was pretty much the going rate with most of the other lots. So Thursday (2 days later) my son and I go back to get our tree and when we went to pay there was a sign that said 6-7ft nobles 140.00 and 7-8ft 200.00. I GASPED! I would never pay 200 for a tree, even 120 was alot but 140? I guess the owner is a woman and she saw the look on my face and I told her I was quoted 120 and she himmed and hawwed a bit and asked me who told me that ( I told her) and finally she hesitantly gave it to me for the 120 and I asked her why the difference in 2 days and she said it was because they got a new shipment in... Huh? Well, thankfully she gave it to me for the price that was quoted. Perhaps they have changed hands because I never had any issues there. My GF was going to go there to buy a 7-8ft noble but when I told her the price she went somewhere else. Unfortunately now their prices are higher than most so I hope if I go back next year I wont run into this problem again. My local guy didnt have much of a selection this year so Glendale tree lot is my second choice. I am thankful I got it for the price quoted because I didnt know what to do and probably would have walked out. (Im a single mom on a budget). So just watch the prices everyone! Wow I can't believe i just found a great tree in under 10 minutes. Service was friendly and they were clear and fast on the communication about each of my questions, wonderful quality selection of larger trees 9ft+ (what I was looking for). The prices were not bad, of course maybe more than like a Home Depot, but a MUCH better experience by far. They offered delivery the same day. Everyone was being courteous and masked on a Friday night. Also a nice selection of flocked trees, mini trees, fresh leaves, and extra ornaments and lights. Very impressed. read more

I hate the idea of this review, but unfortunately I couldn't find a tree that suited my wants as far as size and shape. They were either 9' plus or 6' and less. However, my issue comes from the stand point of customer service; as a business you need to stay true to whatever has been deliberated between client and seller. When I did find a tree I liked elsewhere I kindly called them to see if they would flock my tree. I specifically called and asked them "I bought a tree elsewhere I wanted to know if you would flock it" they said yes, I get there talked to a worker he said he's go ahead bring the tree in... I got near the cash register approached the girl to pay the fee for flocking she turned me away and said we don't do it if the tree is not from here. Please tell me how that makes sense? If I called your location the number on google for this tree lot. The number on maps for the tree lot. I specified my question on the phone and to the worker I spoke to and they both accepted. But the woman away was not understanding at all and didn't even care to service a customer. I totally get it if they don't want to flock a tree not purchased for them; but that's exactly why I called before I drove my tree over there! Don't come here!!!! Trees are half dead and way over priced. Tried to buy a 3-4 ft tree that I thought was $45. After getting to the register it was actually $65 plus $25 for the stand, coming to $99.20. Yeah, you read that right! $99.20 for a 3-4 ft half dead tree. As I was trying to wrap my brain on how this could possibly be so my credit card was ran for the amount due. I then told the woman there ( I assume was one of the owners). How this was robbery and I wanted my money back. She told me I would have to come back tomorrow to get my refund because she needed to wait for it to process. Clearly my CC had processed or the transaction wouldn't have been approved nor would of the machine print out a receipt. After having to basically tell her I wasn't leaving till I got my money back she had an employee refund my money. I can totally understand the expense for a tree, they aren't cheap. But this is highway robbery considering I went over to another lot just about 10 min away (Franklin Hills Christmas Tree) and got the same height, fresh and green and supper full for $42 with the stand.
