I do NOT recommend this company I hired Miltee's Sprinkler…read moreto fix a sprinkler pipe leak, and unfortunately the job was not completed to a satisfactory standard. I made several attempts to reach out afterward by phone, text and email, but did not receive a response. As a result, I will need to hire someone else to correct the work. I am left with a pipe that runs across a doorway and sticks up higher than the threshold. It is unsafe. It's a trip hazard, and a high likelihood of a broken pipe if it gets stepped on. Running the pipe above ground doesn't even make sense. They bypassed the existing below ground system and ran the pipes along the side of my house going across the doorway. In addition, I was quoted a price by Noe, and the next day he texted and told me Steve said it will be $400 more. I should have just said no at that point. I'm very disappointed because I used them a few years ago without issue. But leaving me with such substandard work and then completely ghosting me when I tried to reach out is totally unprofessional.

There were multiple leaks, improperly programmed settings, bad heads and misdirecdted spray patterns. I was only in town for a couple of days and Sebastian came out with his team on a Sunday morning the day of the Superbowl to get the job done. Super huge gratefulness and appreciation for being accomodating. First he assessed the system and gave us an estimate as to how much he thought it would be to fix all of the issues. His quote was withing $100 of what we expected. We approved the work and they got started. Four hours later, Sebastian was walking us around, station by station, advising us what they fixed. They touched 90% of all the heads we have on lur system. Everything was perfect. He also added waterng lines to two potted plants we have so that we no longer had to manually water. Sebastian also helped us reset our controller, get it connected to WiFi again and he timed out the stations so we don't over water and to help save money on the watering bill. From the start we felt that we could trust Sebastain to do a great job, and he came through. We are totally, absolutely and completely satisfied. If you want professional service and a fair price be sure to call Sebastain! He also stands behind his work. It was in the middle of a very busy time for his business, but Steve was generously accommodating in squeezing in our small project in a tight timeframe. Our request was also a bit of an atypical one- we asked him to set up our manual pool valve on our automated sprinkler system so we could keep the pool level while we're away.
