He's literally seen my grow up over the years. I was sick a lot as a child then grew up and started taking care of myself. Now I generally go in for my check ups to make sure I stay healthy. While sometimes it is hard to get an appointment, they will sometimes try to work you in. 50/50 shot. My experience with the office staff has been nothing short of fantastic for as long as I can remember. They've always been super friendly and if they're not slammed, will strike up a conversation. Dr. Brewer himself is experienced and seasoned. Like I said I've seen him since I was a child. As an adult, not once have I came in to see him have I left unsatisfied with his explanation or not knowing what's wrong with me. His interaction with his staff also seems to make it a great work environment. I don't know if he accepts new patients but if you ever get the ability to make Dr. Brewer your family doctor, you won't be disappointed.

Dr Svetlana Nakatis was my doctor for about 13 years who was special. We meet out of necessity…read more Another doctor I was seeing was off on a day I need to see a doctor. From our first meeting we clicked right away. I like her no nonsense straight the point style. She was quick to say what needed to be done without a filter but in a professional way. For example if refused to do something, she would say well this will happen. So it was a clever technique not to offend but make you re- think your position and ultimately do the right thing or find a alternative solution that you would benefit you. For example she prescribed me some medicine for gout that unfortunately made it worse. My body chemistry didn't agree with it. So I found a natural remedy that got the job done, which turned out to be Cherry juice. She was happy I stayed on top of my health as any means possible. I am forever grateful for help though out the years. On December 2022 my heart sank when told me she was moving to Virginia. Like the rest of her patients in Louisville, she will be really missed. Thanks Doctor for being top shelf and I will wish you well in your new life.
