Service was great. Anthony Miller the service advisor was prompt, very customer service minded and had car ready sooner than he estimated.

Awful service center, took weeks to fix a taillight issue. They don't care about anything but their bottom line. Arguments about warranty work before they even sent off requests. Don't buy here. Don't get service here. So yourself a favor and not support this shitty business. Just bought a 30k truck and a brake failure isn't warranty worthy work for them. DO NOT go here for service. I had issues each appointment (couldn't get me in for my appointment, didn't complete requested work, etc). The most recent, I was charged for work without first letting me know my service warranty had expired (500 miles), my car was disgusting with grease marks and a tire sensor was damaged in the process of rotating my car. After contacting them, I was directed to an Anna who was very polite and friendly. She assured me they would take care of it and would return my call. The next day I called back to check in and she didn't have an answer. The next week I checked again. Still no solution, but she'd be sure to let me know. Now, a month later, I still have a broken sensor and ZERO follow up. Terrible customer service. read more

Made an appointment to view automobile. Drove three hours and was 45 minutes early. As I pulled into the lot, a red bow was being placed on the vehicle. This bow was not for me. They sold the vehicle without notifying me even though I had an appointment. They know how to take appointments; they just don't know how to keep appointments. Very disappointed in the manner I was treated. Called Carter and he said he would talk to sales staff. Sales staff was of no help. read more

After the 1st time our car was in the shop for 32days because they had to replace the transmission... now the second time our car is in the shop for a flex plate they've had it over a week now and finally today we found out what was wrong with it. Ik it's hit or miss with used cars, but we're having so many issues I don't recommend getting a used car from this dealership as they didn't even detail our car when we bought it. They just cleaned the floorboards. We had a very gross comb, uno cards, bullets, m80 firecrackers and a bunch of lighters all in the car! read more

I can assure you if you are seeking a new or used car Sales man Shaun Bright will go above and beyond to work with you to find a vehicle to fit your needs, financial budget and has the amenities you desire. I feel Shaun is honest about the vehicles he sells, and takes a families safety into consideration when helping you find the perfect vehicle. So far the Eminence location has been nothing but positive, and Shaun is wonderful to work with. read more

This experience with Glenn Chevrolet has certainly been top notch. I just bought a 2026 Chevy 2500HD. I have personally dealt with dealership in the past and this experience you can't even put into words. My salesman was Chandler Martin; he went to the extent of washing the outside of the truck prior to my test drive. I get it, maybe a sales tactic however just doing that says a lot in my eyes. Then I dealt with Mason Thomas in finance, there was no bull crap, and he knew what he was doing, fun and great energy. Besides the 5 million pages of papers I had to sign and the Hazelnut sticks he was offering, he was great. Day of pick up, Chandler once again had the truck washed and a full tank of gasoline. I want remote start installed on the truck, Chandler went to the extent to get that arranged well after I had already left. All in all, I will be a customer with this dealership from here on out thanks to the customer service of sales and finance. read more

While this experience started out great, it went down very quickly when we had to drive over an hour back to the dealership TWO WEEKS after we bought our truck from this dealership because they messed up with the financin. We traded in our 1500 for a 2500. While the price was great, the finance serving has been HORRIBLE. We purchased our new truck on April 3rd. It's been 4 weeks now and our trade in truck has STILL not been paid off with the previous lender. We were lied to when we had to come back in and resign paperwork about the trade in payoff being taken care of and lied to again when I called in 5 days ago and they told me the payoff paumen had been ACH'd to the trade in lender. The loan still has not been paid and they keep telling me it will be paid in the meantime I get hit with a late payment on my credit because I bought a new truck and now have a new loan on that truck all the while the old truck loan is still not paid off. This is unacceptable business practice and I don't recommend buying from them even if the price is attractive! read more

Cannot recommend dealing with this dealership. Purchased a truck and was promised a full tank of fuel by Billy. I received $30 dollars of fuel. I drove truck home and noticed a vibration once I got on the highway. Next time I drove it , check engine light came on. Truck has been in the shop, now a $1000 worth of repairs. I have reached out to my salesman and stated sales manager would be reaching out. If you're looking for a truck / or car I would look elsewhere. I normally don't leave reviews, I am a handshake and your word type of guy. This Dealership has not represented itself well to a first time buyer, nor repeat customer. Lee my salesman has however been fantastic, I just can't say that for his management team. read more

The first and last time buying at Glenns. was extremely unorganized, I was lied to and the finance manager lied to me and didn't listen to any I told him. any other dealer in the past would call after a few days to see how things are going with purchase. not these guys.
