Therefore, they were not able to see her. I explained to them that it was their practice that schedule the appt and already had her insurance information, why didn't someone notice this and call earlier to cancel or tell us they don't take the insurance. The office staff was not nice about it and told me well the doctor needs to get paid. Insurance was united healthcare Medicare advantage plan. They take the Medicare part but not the advantage or united healthcare.

They refused to refund our co-pay, offered NO alternatives and the nurse told my wife it was a behavioral issue and then proceeded to try and perform the medical tests which led to the problems. They said they could not refund us because they provided a service... my question is what kind of service could you have provided if your customer left on the verge of tears???? Do not use them!
