An incredible group of providers. I had laser hair removal procedures done here back in 2012 and I'm still reaping the benefits! The space is clean, private and very welcoming. The reception greets you as soon as you walk in, and is very informative. You can feel free to ask any (ANY!) question at all without fear. The technicians are very friendly and very knowledgeable. Laser hair removal can be a scary choice to make, especially with some of the recent media regarding scarring, or the opposite--the procedure simply not working. My experience was extremely professional and thorough. I had 7 sessions in total. It was not entirely pain-free, but it was not as bad as some might suggest. I had my underarms and my bikini area zapped. It took about 4 years for any regrowth to occur at all. I am of middle eastern descent and my hair is dark, but my skin light, which happens to be a good contrast for the laser to do its best work. The regrowth I have is so slight, I still don't have to shave every day. This is success in my opinion! I have returned to RSA for procedures since and have always been 100% satisfied. I came here for some injections because I was tired of going to a med spa. The waiting room was gorgeous and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The nurse that saw me asked me all the right questions and did what I wanted on my budget. She even asked me to schedule a follow up in case it didn't turn out how I wanted. I saw Dr. Lynam for fillers and Botox and had the worst experience I've ever had. I wanted filler under my eyes, lips, and Botox in the normal places requested. A car accident years ago resulted in facial reconstruction and I have permanent metal plates on both sides of my nose and I'm aging my eyes are becoming more hollow so I usually get filler under the eyes to plump the area. I've never had anyone stab the metal plate and then comment that's what he meant to do. I almost jumped out of the chair when it happened, like an icepick was jammed in my face. When it came time to fill my lips, he suggested I get Botox on the upper lip because, as he stated, it creates a "pouty look." I told him I didn't want that. I didn't think it sounded like a good idea to put Botox in the lip since it's a paralytic. I guess he didn't listen to me because the right side of my upper lip was paralyzed for months. I couldn't speak normally, eat normally, and was self conscious about smiling because it was so apparent. To add insult to injury, he kept commenting on how thin my skin was. I'm Scots Irish, yes, I have fair skin. I don't think a plastic surgeon that has a terrible complexion from cystic acne should be commenting on anyone's skin. I went in feeling like a 7 and left feeling like a 1. I should have left feeling like a 10. I called the office two days later to let them know about my lip and was told there's nothing they could do besides maybe dissolve some of the filler. There are better plastic surgeons out there, and certainly ones with better bedside manner. read more

I went to RSA to have laser(IPL) for my face. I had a few sun spots I wanted to have removed. Lisa explained the pros and cons and what to expect. After treatment there was not a noticable difference, if any. The spots I wanted removed were still there and minimal "dots" along my side hairline where no one could see were removed. I called and spoke with Lisa. Bottom line and $150. later she said "you pay for the treatment not for the results". I'm glad I dont have a hair stylist who thinks the same. read more

My procedure came out horribly. I got severe scarring of which Dr. L reviewed and only suggested purchasing his scar gel which was very over priced. The scarring needed injection that I rec'd at another Dr's office. My nipples are different sizes when I clearly told him I didn't want the size reduced and finally my incision on my Lipo was supposed to be only 4-5 inches. I instead came out with a full 12-14 inch scare above my pubic area that cannot be covered with a bathing suit with high thigh coverage. Instead I have to wear a suit or panties that are very conservative. Get a 2nd opinion before going to see or use Dr.L. read more
