Mixed review for me. I went on a historical tour last year as the haunted tour was full. That was…read morereally good, I learned a lot about the city, history, lots of cool sites that I would have never found on my own. My cousin who lives in town didn't know 1/2 the stuff we learned. We marked our calendars to come back for the haunted tour. Dr. Hawk takes it a bit serious for me, I was asked/told to stop talking twice (I was whispering with my cousin while masked, it was not loud). It is clear that Dr. Hawk expected everyone to sit and listen attentively to her for the full tour, I am an adult and paid for the experience as things come up I think it should be ok to quietly talk to my companion. The cemetery visits were very interesting, some good info/stories and that was fun. I believe that there is something out there but not sure how much in ghosts and some of the ghost hunting equipment and trying to talk to the spirits was a little out there for me, others seemed to enjoy it, and it was only a smaller portion of the tour. The covid practices were very good, hand sanitizer as you enter the trolley, masks covering nose and mouth. Hoped for some more stories and a little less ghost hunting. Entertaining unique night out

Very historical tour loved it. Very informative staff. Thanks guys. Good job. AZ Gregread more

National Eagle Center class. You get to watch the bird eat....worth the visit right there, but very interesting for all of us!

We used Gray Line for our wedding day shuttle service and again the next day for a post-wedding…read morebrunch, and everything went smoothly. The drivers were professional, punctual, and got our guests where they needed to be safely and on time--it was such a relief not to worry about transportation. Our sales associate, Katie, was fantastic to work with. When we needed to switch to a smaller shuttle, she was kind, accommodating, and clearly explained the updated pricing. She made the entire process easy and stress-free. On top of that, Gray Line's pricing was the most reasonable of all the shuttle services I researched. I highly recommend them for any event transportation needs!

Gray Line's advertisement here on Yelp states that "our state-of-the-art vehicles and professional…read moredrivers guarantee complete comfort, safety, and entertainment while getting from one place to the next." Unfortunately, our experience on the May 20, 2023 Twin Cities (Minneapolis/St Paul) tour didn't live up to that hype of a comfortable ride. There were many positive things to say about this tour. It was a good overview of the area for tourists like us who are not familiar with the area. The bus was on-time. The bus driver was excellent in navigating around construction zones and down some narrow streets. The tour guide was informative and interesting. The bus seats were comfortable and windows big enough to take on the sights. It could've been good value ($40 adult. $38 senior) for a about a 3.5 hour tour. That said, one aspect of our experience totally negated all of the positives. The air conditioning wasn't working properly on the bus on a warm Minnesota day. It was warm outside; hot in the bus. Passengers, and especially those in the back of the bus. started to ask for more air about 15 minutes into the trip. We were eventually told that the tour guide spoke with the office and nothing could be done for our trip and that we should report this on our evaluations. Nothing could be done? Seriously? Many options come to mind. Switch out the bus for one that had functioning A/c at the next stop. Or, stop at a store and buy cold waters for parched passengers. Or, offer Lyft, Uber, or light rail reimbursements to get passengers back to point of origin. Or, offer discounts for the current trip or discounted voucher for a future Gray Line tour.
