The agent we spoke with was EXTREMELY rude and dismissive. When my friend asked about switching to a 4:30 PM shuttle, the agent responded in a snide tone that "we don't have a time at 4:30p," without offering any alternatives or trying to assist. The situation escalated to the point where I stepped in to address the agent's attitude, and she HUNG UP the phone on us. I called back to report the issue, but the experience was already very upsetting. The tone and treatment we received felt disrespectful, unprofessional, and quite frankly discriminatory especially toward someone who was simply trying to communicate clearly in a second language. No customer should be treated this way. We will see if her timing gets updated as no confirmation was given to her. Do better Groome!

Making new reservations since then has been very easy and convenient - i drop them an email requesting a ride in advance (based on my travel plans. I am so grateful this was an option for moving my things from MN to CA. I was quoted a price that was a more reasonable cost than renting a truck and moving it myself. The customer service team was very helpful and accommodating as we arranged delivery and pick up, and when I had difficulty removing the bulkhead due to bent poles, they sent the driver back to assist. The driver Steve was terrific! Because of their tip to load things high and tight, I actually used less space than I was quoted, and saved a significant amount of money. Everything arrived intact. I highly recommend UPack for a cross-country move!
