I have been using their services for few months now and it has been consistently great. I spoke with Ken on phone the first couple of times, he was very nice to make a new reservation on a short notice. Making new reservations since then has been very easy and convenient - i drop them an email requesting a ride in advance (based on my travel plans. I use their services for getting to and from MSP.), i get a confirmation from them, get ride, get billed afterwards (they have my cc info in my profile in their system). Smooth. I have ridden with Mike most of the times and he is a very respectful individual, a gentleman. All of their drivers have been nice and professional. Keep it up guys!

Lauren and Sam are super laid back and so affordable. I can play whatever music I want to hear and they literally picked me up and dropped me off right at my door. They will tell you they'll call back and then do not. This time they didn't pick up the resident for their doctor appointments. They did not cancel and they did not call. When the facility called them they did not answer on repeated attempts. I do not recommend using them for medical transportation.
