They said exterior wash was $35 + $10 up charge for size of SUV and for the extra work to remove the bugs. I agreed. After a fast ten minutes they said the car was ready. It was not! I inspected and showed them all the bugs still on grill and front bumper. They said they would take care of it. Another 7 minutes they signal it was ready. I inspected and still saw plenty of bugs still there. This time I stood there and pointed out each and every bug and they scrubbed them off. Finally they got about 98% of the bugs off. I went inside to,pay and they had the nerve to ask me to tip them. I didn't tip. When I went to get in the car to leave, I noticed they failed to remove the bugs off the outside windshield glass. At this,point I decided I would clean the glass myself when I got home. If you are going to charge me $45 to wash the exterior of my vehicle, and you are told upfront there are lots of bugs on front bumper and grill, I expect you to get the car clean. I won't be going back to this Hand Car Wash.
