attention this business billed be me for fees i never ordered or agreed to. if you use a credit card with aqua blue car wash, check your statement to verify you have not been billed for something you didn't buy. their way of resolving this issue was to ignore phone my calls, using the "we will call you by 4 oclock", say they are waiting for the manager/ower and he will call by -xx, and finally use caller id to ignore my calls. honesty does not exist in this company. there are plenty of carwashs close to this establisment you should consider. you will be better served at any company other than aqua blue car wash! look at their bbb ratings (they were kicked out for poor references and lousy customer service). read more

Excellent express exterior car wash. They have reliable equipment and there are plenty of towels to use to dry off and clean the interior of your car. I really respect the fact that they have all purpose interior cleaner, window cleaner, and fragrance for the interior of your car. The car looked great after the wash! Love the choice of window cleaner, interior cleaner, and fragrance cleaners. The mat wizard cleans mats well. My neighbor told me about this new car wash and I wanted to check it out. I'm so glad I did. Today was the last day to get an introductory free car wash. But they are offering a special where if you sign up for a monthly plan it only costs $9.99 per month for the first three months before it goes to the posted price. The young men letting the cars in presented the special offer but there was no pressure to join. I was able to slide right into the car wash. My husband belongs to another car wash and uses their monthly plan. Compared to that place, this one seems to produce many more suds and different phases that really make your car look amazing. Each area tells you what it is doing. My car came out looking sparkly and shiny. When I exited the car wash I pulled into a parking place and vacuumed out the inside of my vehicle. The vacuums are new and work amazingly well. They also have towels and sprays to make sure your car gets the royal treatment. The window spray cleaned my windows without leaving any streaks. I was very impressed with this car wash and will definitely be signing up for a monthly plan. If you want your car to look its best I would suggest you hurry in here. Getting so slow. They can't seem to get the members only entrance to work most of the time. License reader doesn't always work. They can't seem to get the automatic wash to run fluidly. Takes too long. I'm so close to cancelling membership. Gets worse all the time. Been stuck in this line for 20 minutes. Can't get out of it. Surrounded by other stranded people. Overall its alright. I give this place three stars becuase of the advantages and disadvantages it has. Disadvantages: There is amost never trash cans on passenger sides. The vaccuams dont have great suction. The vacuums also leave dirt marks (I have black cloth seats) Advantages Nice workers Plenty of parking spaces Truck bed cleanup area If you have something in your truck bed and you didnt know / forgot it was in there theyll take it out for you. went to this car wash and I got rear ended inside of car wash tunnel. My car wash going through carwash and rollers that suppose to push my car started to go under my tire two times and left my car in the middle of the car wash tunnel. Employee who was working in the tunnel sent a car. Car behind my car hit back of my car. Looking at the carwash camera footage, shows both cars were in neutral and break lights were not turned on. Manager on duty called the owner of car wash and did not want to be responsible for accident happened due to their malfunctioning of tunnel equipment and employee sending cars without not aware of tunnel situation. They are not practicing good business. If your employee or your equipment damaged customer's vehicle you have to take responsibility and be able to take care of it. Other wise how can you trust this car wash to wash anybody's car knowing they are not going to take care your car if anything happens in their carwash tunnel. Bad Business!!!!!!! read more

iI purchased a $20 car wash. The guy squirting the pretreatment on the front of my car was almost nonexistent. The back pretreatment received the same attention. I notified the manager of the problem. She wanted me to pay an additional $15 for another wash. I'm very disappointed in my wash and the high price of their customer service. The way the employees invade your space and privacy at the self service entrance is awful. They run up to your car and make everything extremely uncomfortable. The owner really needs to stop having their employees do this as I'm sure none of the customers appreciate it. I love my car wash! Best one in Swuwanee. The wash plan is so easy and very reasonably priced. You just drive up and hit two buttons on the kiosk and you can get your car washed. I have one step up from the basic plan and it washes my car great! The vacuums are powerful and the detail bays are super wide. The staff are super helpful if you need something too.
