They are patient with my questions and concerns (I hate the eye pressure checker thingy). Their selection of glasses is standard. They have Harley Davison and Wiley-X brands! They also have the clip on sunglasses brand. I decided to buy two pair today and they worked diligently to find out how to save me the most money with my insurance. Their office is clean and peaceful. I had a very small wait time. My appointment was at 11 and I was back to see the doctor at 10:58. The office managed to squeeze me in, even though it was the day before Thanksgiving. I saw Dr. Simpson, who diagnosed the problem; prescribed eye drops, explained exactly what they were for, and showed me how to administer them (I can't stand having things near my eyes); and told me to call her (on her days off) if the pain worsened. I could not have been happier with the care that I received. My eye continually improved, and it was back to normal within the time frame Dr. Simpson had given me. I left work & showed up for numerous appointments only to be told the Doctor was behind and I'd have to reschedule. It took over 2 months of the office manager cancelling & rescheduling my appointments before I got the lens in my glasses and by then it was Fall of 2019, almost 5 months after I ordered and paid for the lens. I talked to the optometrist about all the cancellations and time frame it took to get my lens and she wasn't at all concerned or apologetic.

And the daughter told me to leave, the daughter pushed into my space and was going to touch me. They said it is my fault and wont change MY GLASSES back to a normal lense. They kicked me out. The Chenowitch daughter, ofc mgr., ....and said they did not have to HONOR IT.
