They are patient with my questions and concerns (I hate the eye pressure checker thingy). Their selection of glasses is standard. They have Harley Davison and Wiley-X brands! They also have the clip on sunglasses brand. I decided to buy two pair today and they worked diligently to find out how to save me the most money with my insurance. Their office is clean and peaceful. I had a very small wait time. My appointment was at 11 and I was back to see the doctor at 10:58. I really liked the new dr we saw and felt she was very thorough. Then I ordered glasses. I was told 10 business days when every other place we have used takes 5-7. Then after 10 days I called and was told a mistake was made so they have to remake them so it would be another 10 business days. after a month and a half I called again and was told they sent me a text message 19 prior. there was no text messages ever received and obviously no follow up. I work 14 hour days and got off early on a Wednesday morning to pick them up. much to my Doris they were closed for a team meeting. SMH I give up! if this is OK with you go ahead, good luck. I'm writing this as the brother of someone who was genuinely mistreated and misled by Look Eyewear…read moreand Eye Care. From the very beginning, she was told she could get a deal on three pairs of glasses and that the lenses would be the same as what she already had -- just "not at that price." That turned out to be completely false. After waiting far too long for her glasses, they finally arrived and were completely wrong. She asked for a brownish tint, and instead received a dark rose color that doesn't work for her at all. Nothing matched what she was promised. The manager's behavior made the situation even worse. Their tone toward her was unkind, dismissive, and unhelpful -- as if their mistake was somehow her fault. Watching my sister be treated that way was unacceptable. They refunded the cost of the glasses and handed the frames back to her, but that "solution" left her exactly where she started: no eyewear, no corrected lenses, and no actual eye care after weeks of waiting. She walked away with nothing but frustration. I would not recommend Look Eyewear and Eye Care to anyone who expects honesty, accuracy, professionalism, or basic courtesy.
