If I knew that, I wouldn't have gone. I was charged for a "full throttle" bundle at $30, which according to their website includes a shampoo, haircut, and style. I was only offered a haircut and when asked about the bundle the "stylist" said that's just a haircut. In addition to the price, stylist did not seem to understand anything I was telling him to do and left me floored that he even thought he was done on several occasions. Attempted to strike up a general conversation twice throughout the process, like most people do, and he was uninterested. Even a chain haircut place I regularly go (nationwide) offers to put product in to help a cut look better at every location, without even asking. I was not offered anything. Advice to help, update your website or take it down altogether. That is where people will be looking for info on the place. Stop lying to your customers about what each bundle includes if you won't provide it even after asking for it. And I'm not sure if it was just this "stylist" but teach them to be a little more customer service oriented.
