I have a balance on my card but there is no way to check it. The only thing on the card is the business name and a different address than the one I went to. At the laundry mat there were two different phone numbers listed on a help wanted signed taped on the office door. I have called and left messages for the past 3 weeks and no one has contacted me. I feel like I am dealing with scammers. What kind of business doesn't answer their customers' calls? My advice is DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

It's clean, orderly, and even on a Saturday morning there is still available washers and dryers. I did need to change locations because they closed the location closest to my house but this location isn't too far out of the way and the service is wonderful and the price is great. This location has very friendly staff and quick turnaround times and I've never had any issues with order accuracy.
