The answer from the DOF: First Service didn't do its job. So if you want to burn wealth, hire First Service.

Overall though, I had no issues with them so I guess i was one of the lucky ones and would consider Brusco again if I were to move back to UWS!

He stated "I've heard with Mexicans before that 3 becomes 4 and 4 becomes 5". He was clearly racist, stereotypical, and ignorant while showing the apartment. Went on to say there was additional pet fee of $1K, which of I was not convinced came from a reasonable place, but instead a deterrent to prevent us any interest in applying. The owner of this building is clearly racist and discriminatory towards a specific group of interested tenants (Hispanic/latino). This is not a reflection of the real-estate agent, Stella or the company, but the owner Needs to be reprimanded and spoken to.
