I insisted to have them show me any wood that needed replacing and they replaced the sheet atound my chimney without my permission instead of the area that was leaking. They said they knocked on the door and I didn't answer which is comical considering I cant make out the difference between their pathetic weak little knocks over the sounds of tools banging all over my roof. their entire workforce consisted of illegals that didn't speak any english and their lack of respect for the customers property led to extensive damages that they claim they have no responsibility for. one of their incompetent workers stepped threw the drywall in my attic destroying my ceiling in my office and they refuse to make it right. they also did numerous damages to my garden planters around my deck and killed plants that were dormant for winter. they left large nails and screws all over my driveway that could have done severe tire damage to my vehicles and then brushed off my concerns saying "oops we cant be expected to get them all". mind you these fastners were 8" in length and plainly visible to the naked eye. The absolute lack of integrity and professionalism from this business is disgusting. Please heed this warning and find someone better to do business with. Because Diversified has absolutely no business ethics. If you decide to continue with I recommend getting every last little detail of what you want or expect in writing in the contract or don't sign it. They will lie to your face and pressure you to sign saying whatever they have to in order to steal from you. this review would be zero stars if possible.

Due to a storm with high winds, quite a few of the old shingles on our roof were blown off…read more Together with old, rusted and clogged gutters and downspout, we determined that a new roof and gutters were needed. Fisher's proposal and estimate were cheaper than a competing roofer, so we went with Fisher's roofing. The company's crew arrived at 7 AM on July 1st and the work of removing the old shingles and installing new architectural shingles began. The complete re-roofing job along with the installation of new 5" gutters properly fitted and hung from screw-in hangers and a 2"x 3" downspout were done by the afternoon of the next day. The work crew were thorough and diligent and they thoroughly cleaned up the debris associated with taking off the old roof. We are very pleased with their work and the price was good as compared to the estimate that a competitor had given us. My wife and I highly recommend Fisher's roofing for their quality workmanship and old world work ethic.

I have worked with two other contractors recently, and I can honestly say that they don't come even remotely close to the quality of work that Carlos and his crew provided. Carlos and Victor remodeled my entire bathroom, removing and reinstalling new tile, a vanity, mirror, light fixture, toilet and other bathroom accessories in addition to spackling and painting. From start to finish, Carlos demonstrated an extreme attention to detail and a genuine commitment to making sure everything was done properly. He does not cut corners, and he takes the time to do things the right way even when it requires extra effort. For example, he noticed that my bathroom floor was not properly leveled, something that could have easily been overlooked or simply worked around. Instead, he took the time to correct the problem and make sure everything was properly leveled before continuing with the project. He even painted door trim outside of my bathroom to make sure it transitioned well with the bathroom, something that was not his responsibility. That level of care and thoroughness is exactly what you hope for in a contractor. The spackling and painting were absolutely immaculate. I have hired professional painters in the past who did not come close to the quality of the paint job Carlos delivered. Painting is 90% prep work: sanding and spackling. You can tell when a contractor understands the difference prep work makes, and Carlos and his group certainly does. Carlos and his crew were also kind, respectful, professional, and a pleasure to have working in my home. They were extremely conscientious about keeping everything clean throughout the project. In fact, I commented to my husband that my house looked cleaner after they left than it did before they started! Another thing that really stood out to me was the pricing. His prices are more than fair considering the quality of work, attention to detail, and level of care he provides.
