As I have never written a review on yelp, good or bad, I felt like I had a responsibility to share how terribly I was treated at this place. I am not one to think customers are always right, and I don't really care if people are a little inconsiderate. But after not only being made fun of for not understanding what the guy at the counter was telling me (went in to ask for advice on wiring something at my house) and not getting any real help in the end, at the end of our conversation while trying to pay for something he said: "What are you still doing here? Get outta here. Go out and get a decent haircut." To which everyone else in line started laughing. I'm one to tease and take jokes and all, but this was actually mean-spirited, and to say the least embarrassingly unprofessional. To be fair, the other employees seemed very kind and helpful while watching them work with other customers. But I've literally never had something so bizarre and humiliating happen at a store in my life.

Called him got a quote. He gave a quote on the phone and also asked me to take pictures of the fuse box and sent to him, then told me what was the problem. He told me he was confident, because he was the only one who can came the same day, I ask him to come. came 1 hour late. Totally spent about 2 hours all together. His diagnosis skills were poor, and problem solving skills were even worse. I believe anyone can can tell from the way he works. In the end, he asked for almost $ 500, and when I asked for his rate, he told me he is not paid by hourly rate, but project by project. 2 days after he fixed the problem, it came back. What a scammer this electrician is. Plus, I don't think he has an electrician license. He never showed me. He also told me he is not coming back to fix it. He even play the race card as an excuse which is ridiculous, come on, I am also belong to people of color! The cabinets hold an amazing amount of weight, clean up really easily, and look fabulous!!! Due to bad walls in our apartment, I was concerned that the cabinetry wasn't anchored in properly. They certainly didn't have to do anything all these years later, given that it was the wall that was the issue, but they sent an installer who completely removed the cabinet, and re-installed just to be sure. Talk about standing behind your product!!!! I can't imagine not wanting to use them. Can't recommend highly enough!
