I was on Fulton street and walked into this store that I accidentally found while in the area. I walked in requesting a copy of my keys and the owner asked if I wanted him to make only a copy of my keys and why not the FOB, too? I told him that he couldn't do that and that only my building could. The owner reassured me that he had all the equipment in that store and he would be able to CLONE my FOB so I'd have an extra set of keys and a FOB just in case I lost my original ones. He was right! I live in Brooklyn and when I got home even the FOB worked. This place gave me great customer service and really came through. They certainly know what they are doing. Which was installing ceiling fans( purchased separately) with "on the wall" wiring rather than in the wall wiring and all the fixins purchased from these folks. It was my first project of installing ceiling fans like this (Have installed ceiling fans before but never the wiring from the outlet) and I have to admit it all went pretty well. Because here it is late August ... hot as he__, .. well you know how hot it is, and guess what?!, my ceiling fans are working fine and the on the wall wiring looks professionally installed, albeit, perfectly fine. I'm having my apartment painted soon, in late September to have all the on the wall -- WIREMOLD-- colors blend in with the paint on the ceiling and walls. There were some hiccups on the invoice but they credited me appropriately when I pointed errors out to them. they corrected problems immediately. So all in all this is the place to go folks if you want professional service from professionals who have all the supplies you'll ever need for electrical type work.

Sirhii and Nick were the ones that came gave a quote and later installed the seven steps. They did a great job installing the steps. They also repaired certain parts of the railing, by cutting and replacing steel pieces and by welding them. In other words they were equipped to handle the job, and also with the knowledge to do it. The second day Nick came and painted the whole thing. We are very happy that we had ETD do the work. Now for the cleanup......Nick came with a heavy duty vacuum cleaner to clean everything. Didn't find a chandelier, but did find a fun, twiggy, lighted tree, about 5' high. It's my Christmas present. This store has every possible part you would need to repair, rewire, or make a lamp or chandelier. Although you would have to get the base or frame elsewhere. Service was friendly and helpful. Prices were good. The tree was $100, which might be a bit high, but it's very pretty. We needed coffee, and the nice man who helped us said that he would wrap the tree while we were gone. He didn't even ask us to pay in advance. When we came back, it was wrapped. Excellent customer service! Much appreciated.
