Then when I texted him 1/2 hour after the appointment time he had some jack ass song and dance for me which was foolishly ridiculous because all he had to do was text me or call me earlier that day and say he could not make the appointment and needed to reschedule.

He finally found what he was looking for. I brought him the chandelier and his guys replaced the lighting parts. I picked it up and installed it in my dining room and it was PERFECT! I cannot thank Mati enough for his efforts to please my wife and I. This was our 3rd purchase from them, and we plan to go back for all our lighting needs in the future.

They come with a rote control that has a transmitter that fits up in the ceiling casing, 3 hours later, and barely with it still not sitting right, we are still trouble shooting it. I called 800 number included with install instructions and the lady I spoke to said they were sending me a replacement dome, it came very QUICKLY. It is the same as original, same gooy adhesive that will certainly fail again. I'll clean the parts with denatured alcohol and use a quality adhesive like loctite power grab. I will likely drill holes in the plastic so adhesive will have something to grip onto.

He communicated well, showed up when we agreed, fixed the problem for a final cost very close to the initial estimate. The slight difference was to be expected as there were 4 (or 5?) circuit breakers that had to be replaced. He followed up on some other issues that he and I noticed, with a plumber that he works with, with as good an experience.
