They have such a large selection of products and are up to date on services! I noticed that the one down the street didn't even have their newest service, which surprised me! The products used were so gentle on my hair and really were conditioning to my hair. The color turned out natural enough but still trendy. It turned out better than I hoped for! My haircut was awesome too. She asked me what I ussually do and cut my hair depending on my maintenance needs!!! No other stylist has asked me that before...I'm super lowkey. I honestly let my hair air dry every day (it's all about the fabulous cut!). But my cut was done to perfection. It was an updated twist on my usual cut and made me look at least 5 years younger. Im old. So I'll take any improvements!!! They use high end products and I ended up buying some ombre products which are top of the line stuff. They also do eyelashes, pedicures, manicures, waxing and even make their own custom lipsticks. I tried one and the all natural oils used really moisturized my lips! Spoil yourself here. I can take a lot but when you book an appointment for a consolation and you're judged by the lady upfront, with her even saying I'll probably need another procedure or two "the way things look to her" on-top of the one I was just getting a consolation for just wasnt need and was exceptionally rude. My friend who came with me was beyond shocked when she heard her say all that she did. Now I'm not a smoker/drinker or anything, and I know my face doesnt need that much done to it (it's just showing my age is all) and I thought I'd treat myself to a little pick me up. So I don't understand why insulting a possible future client before they even meet the doctor is in anyway beneficial. I was quite genuinely hurt by her comments, I told her that and she replied with "It's not my fault you're so thin skinned" That was really all it took, my friend stood up and escorted me out of there immediately. She told me I didn't deserve to be in tears by some rude receptionist, and looking back now I'm so happy she did what she did. So although I can't comment on how well their treatment works, I can tell you first hand how they run their business. I ask that if you're looking for a procedure that they're offering here, please go look somewhere else. No one should have to go through what I did, people dont deserve to leave their office crying. This business needs to really step up their game, and maybe clean house and hire a new receptionist. That is by far the best deal I've seen on any site like that since I've been signed up for 6 months. They even let you choose from a number of hair removal sites, I chose underarms. Since I had never had anything like this done before, when I called to make an appointment they told me I needed to have a consultation done first (it was free) to have a test patch done in case of a bad reaction. Thankfully I wasn't allergic! I've gone there 3 out of 6 times so far and although it's a bit irritating (you can't expect a process like that to be painless), I'm always in and out in under 10 minutes. I never have to wait, even when I show up early. The technician is always professional, and the staff are always friendly. I'm from downtown Edmonton and I'd be willing to continue making the drive to Sherwood Park, even without a Living Social coupon. Even if I don't have the chance to get a sweet deal on laser hair removal from there again, I'd most likely go back when I'm ready to get other areas lasered.

Body Concepts is divine. The outside façade is very deceiving. It really doesn't look like much (no offense to the owners.) The staff are friendly and courteous. It's clean, well decorated and vary fairly priced. You can even share your minutes with your spouse, which we found to be an awesome benefit. It has beds in all sizes and intensities including a stand-up capsule. This is hands down the best tanning in Spruce Grove. And no appointment needed. Better and better!
