Danny is always very pleasant, respectful, and makes sure every customer leaves happy, which is why we continue to come back. Unfortunately, when he's not present, there are serious issues with appointment scheduling. On two separate occasions, the other male employee made appointments for us, only to later say he forgot about another client who was already booked. Both times, we were turned away without any real effort to accommodate us. This has been especially frustrating because my mom recently had knee surgery, and it's not easy for her to keep going back and forth for appointments that were supposed to be confirmed. It shows a lack of organization and consideration for customers' time and situations. We truly appreciate Danny and the way he runs the salon when he's there, but the inconsistency when he's not present makes it difficult to rely on scheduled appointments. I hope this issue gets addressed because the salon has great potential with the right management in place.

I came in at 10:45 on a Friday, 45 min after they open, and ended up waiting an hour, which was surprising seeing as though there was only one woman ahead of me in line. That being said, it would be wise to make an appointment. The women who made appointments were taken immediately. They don't have as many colors as other salons and carry a majority of Essie rather than OPI, but many of colors available were still flattering. I never had so much time spent on me for a pedicure so I was very impressed, and my manicure was expertly done. I will be back.

The picture above is after my fill in was finished and the tech was going to apply the color. While she was using the nail drill she wasn't paying attention with her head entirely upward while talking to a coworker and she hit my cuticle and cut it with the drill. She used her finger and wiped the blood, then applied an unknown solution to the area - again with her finger, I was terrified I was going to catch an infection. I asked for an almond shape and the picture above is after two attempts of me asking if she could please smooth out the nail and shape it a little bit rounder. I then left after the second attempt at showing her that the nail was misshapen. I then had an entire nail fall off approximately a week after my fill in while grocery shopping which has never happened to me since I have had acrylic nails. I then started going to a different salon weeks later. When we removed the color and exposed the nail there was a green discoloration underneath the acrylic nail they glued on. This happened to be under every single nail. The nail tech couldn't believe it. I had never had such a thing happen to me and was mortified. I really wanted to love this place but be careful!
