To me, it seems he is really concerned about the happiness of his customers. The place is clean and well maintained, and at the time of this review there are actually all brand new pedicure chairs that look great (I will have to try them on my next visit). I've never felt rushed, and every time I've come in requesting specific designs the girls who I've had have always done really nice jobs. I've recommended several friends here who now come regularly. The only thing I'd have to take a star off for - and perhaps it's a minor complaint - is that when I make an appointment to come in with a friend, it would be nice if we could be seated next to each other for our mani-pedis (when it's not too crowded of course). Most other places I've frequented seem to make an effort to make sure you sit next to your friend so you can chat during your relaxation time, but again it's just a minor thing. I'm sure if I specifically made it a point to say that I'd really like to sit together with my friend, they wouldn't tell me no :)

All the techs are amazing when it comes to pedicures, however, I always schedule with Debbie. The techs really take their time, you never feel rushed. The salon is always booked but some how they always seem to fit me in for my on the whim pedicures. The salon is very clean and they still have up the dividers from early covid times. They are located in a mini plaza and there is plenty of parking. They use new files for each customer. The massages are the best part and they really take their time to massage your feet and calves. First the tech will massage you with a scrub, then they rinse that off and apply oil and lotion and give a second massage with the oil and the lotion. Lastly they use hot stones and hot towels and massage you with the stones. Pedicures are 10/10 and always last me a long time. They have plenty or colors- gel and regular polish. I have looked long and hard for a nail salon that met my pedicure needs and I have found the spot!

During the pedi they used this cute little plastic device where they attached a one-time use pumice stone. there were enough pedicure chairs so there would never be a very long wait. Fast forward cutting and prepping I asked her to file my nails evenly she begins to cut down all my nails and file sideways so now a few of my toe nails are slanted.. Fast forward again to the design I asked for flames she gave me what looked like grass blades I was hesitant but she said it's the best she could do! So reluctantly I said ok, she proceeds to do all the nails BLACK! I asked if she was going I add the powder she said oh you want silver 15$ extra I said " just to rub powder on my toes?" I would like for you to re-do the design then, because I don't wanna pay extra for something I'm going to pay to change again. She said she can't! I said so I'm not paying for the design. The whole team got up and proceeded to speak in there language and assure me I had to pay because she did her job. I said I'll pay a regular manicure but I'm not paying design and chrome powder she can remove it if she would like. Two ladies proceed to tell me to calm down ( as I'm crying might I add) because now everyone is yelling and no one is understanding what I'm asking. Pregnancy hormones through the roof and she proceeds to shave the design off. In which I asked so how much? She said 62$ I said absolutely not, we go back & forth and be points at a price list, normally I'm verbally told the price because the price list never matches what I'm told. So I explain that's not always accurate she then raises her voice to speak her language to then have someone come over to me and tap my shoulder and told me AGAIN to calm down, as I cannot I'm already crying trying to explain myself AND IM PREGNANT!!!! So the other associate begins to yell & I just shut down too many people talking to me at once, after she's done shaving both my big toes and reapplying clear polish. She goes we are done, clearing up my face I step out for air and to grab my cash because now I don't want to pay card just in case they try to adjust the price as they have done before ! I come back from my car which was in the lot parked infront of the Papa John's the gate was closed. I came back Sunday 4/20/25 and they were closed so I came BACK 4/21/25 so I may apologize to the lady for my hormones and walking out as well as pay for her services and tip. Everyone AGAIN proceeds from the moment I walk through to speak their language and explain the story I waited and asked if I could speak to the lady they was talking about to apologize and pay..... The only MALE manager asks me what happens sat. I begin to explain when he cuts me off before I could finish my FIRST sentence to say; well you don't like design you no pay so go somewhere else we will not service you! Her work was satisfying (but not as detailed as she was for my last manicure). The nail shape and feel was what I wanted and came out similarly to how she did it last time. I loved with how it came out in the video - before the gel polish. The color is asked for is a little off. Came out more pink than the nude I wanted. The pedicure color is different, and is the actual color that I wanted. You can tell the color is different. 4 stars for this instead of 5, would still come back but hopefully the color I pick next time is more accurate.

They charge you to use your debit card which is illegal, they sprayed my legs with some mystery spray and when i asked what it was they couldn't answer- it looked like mold in the bottle and i called them out for it when they said it was just the design (which it wasn't) then she said it was the acetone and i said "no, that's mold" i opened the bottle. First, even if it IS acetone WHY are they spraying that on someone's feet after a pedicure.. I've been here MANY times and each time it gets worse and worse. I stood when they raised their prices, i overlooked times I've gotten cut with a manicure, I've settled with the cold water pedicures and i even paid when I asked for matte topcoat instead of shiny and they said it would be $5 extra... This is the last time this dirty place takes my money. This is gross and I'm so turned off. Worst of all, the horrible pedicure cost me close to $50 to boot...
