I came in for a "Dermaplaning Glow Facial" that I purchased on Groupon. I ended up just buying the Groupon because I had some credit I wanted to use and I was wary due to bad experience I had before when I didn't buy the Groupon. When I got there they took me in fairly quickly. The facial space is quite small and it smelled good, like a fruity fragrance. The woman who did my facial was very nice, she did try to upsell me on a "brightening facial" twice while doing my treatment but I had to decline because I get peels and facials from my dermatologist office that is covered under my insurance. After the treatment they gave me collagen sheet mask. I've gotten a few dermaplane treatments from Groupon on the past, they always coming with cleansing and separate custom facial beforehand but it seems like here they try to upsell you for that. This is probably the worst dermaplane I've ever had. Unfortunately I left with several tiny cuts on face. I know that it could happen accidentally but it was more than 3 separate spots and my whole face is very sensitive now. I am very disappointed and will not be back in the future.

However the last couple of times I went as a walk-in for eyebrow threading, the techs always thinned out my eyebrows and made them more asymmetrical despite me telling them repeatedly that I want them thick and even. One of my eyebrows has become highly arched while the other one is straight and droopy. I will grow out my eyebrow hair for months, and come back trusting that someone will do a good job, and they ruin my eyebrows again. They say they just take out the "extra hair." Removing lines and lines of eyebrow hairs is not a clean-up... they are actively thinning them out. I will give this place one more chance. I recommend that you only schedule threading with Sana.

just now New First of…read moreall, let me start off by saying I am a real person. The owner likes to play games and state that anybody that did not have a good experience is not real. I'm most certainly I am real, and disgusted. I made an appointment with this place to get permanent winged eyeliner. I sent in photos of what I was looking for, which was on their website, and photos of my eye. I was explained that the procedure could be done, and to go ahead and make the appointment which I did. Upon arriving, the woman taking care of me, I believe her name was Chris, appeared to have no clue what she was doing. It took her about a half an hour to finally draw the winged eyeliner correctly on my eye. But even with that, she still found a way to royally mess it up, and now I am permanently disfigured thanks to her. The owner, now she is a piece of work. At first, she was very apologetic, and explained that after this healed that it would be fixed. Now mind you, because of how bad this came out, Chris explained to me that I did not have to pay. This was more than just not liking the outcome, this looks absolutely nothing like what I have asked for. The owner was fine with this. Just a few days later when I asked for something, the owner got all defensive and started stating that I owed her money. Lol, there is not a chance in this world that I would pay for what you did to me, lady. Now, if she would've came out, respectfully and made an appointment with me to have this done the correct way and fixed, I would've been more than happy to pay for it. Unprofessional is not the word, ghetto is more like it. There are so many more places that would do an incredible job, and not be treated the way I was. One of her workers also put his hands on me which she likes to deny, but that's OK. Please do not make the unfortunate mistake that I did in going to this place. Because of the incompetence of her worker, which clearly was not trained properly, I now have to walk around, looking like a fool. I went from not having to wear makeup, to now I have to wear makeup every single day to try to correct what they did to me. I will let the photos speak for themselves.
