On top of all this which is already what any happy customer could want, the owner is amazing. My skin has never felt softer, and I definitely attribute it to the products used on me & the great post care instructions I received. I always walk out super smooth I 100% recommend the new vajacial service. It was the best feeling after! If you are over lash extensions and the fills that they require plus the costs, definitely give lash lifts a try here. I get beautiful results each time. & it's so much better cost wise! From someone who used to get my lash extensions done very often I can say I have now been turned. I don't feel like I need them anymore & my lash lift lasts up to 2-3 months!

I've had several experiences with other lash boutiques (including amazing lash studio) but this place is everything I've been looking for, and I am so happy I've found them!!!!!!! Overall: my lashes stay on longer than 2 weeks. The lash styles are ALL customizable (other places normally have a few lash styles they are able to do) The staff is ALWAYS friendly and accommodating. The boutique itself is aesthetically pleasing (beautiful) I've had the pleasure of working with Caris for my last 3 sessions and she is a sweet heart! I called on Wednesday at 3pm for a next-day appointment, and they said only tomorrow 6:30pm is available which was Thursday. I took the appointment. When I showed up on Thursday at 6:30pm, the receptionist told me my appointment was "yesterday." wtf no, it was not. Then I see I was charged $45, I'm assuming it's the deposit. No one told me about a deposit being charged. They claim they don't charge you until the day of the appointment. Then they lied and said they called me. Like I don't have a call history on my phone. I never received a confirmation text and I did not receive a call. If you canceled my appointment to book some else that's messed up. I don't understand what games this location is playing but you lost a good paying customer. Then have the audacity to tell me book another day. No I can't I have a life and I work out of town. I only had this day available to try your services which now after this experience I don't want to anymore because I don't need to pay for a service then feel it will not happen on the day I'm available. I asked for a refund, and I'm still waiting for the "manager" to call me. This experience was unnecessarily stressful and annoying. I advise to everyone do not give your card information to this establishment! I took my kid into the place, and my kid complained about the odor of marijuana that came out of there. Instead of smoking and not paying attention to your future clients when booking, and messing up the schedule. You need to focus and be more professional and keep that smell out your establishment. This business has the audacity in not taking accountability of their actions. I don't recommend this place at all for their unprofessionalism and inexperience with customer service. Working in customers service is very sensitive and if you can handle it then this is not your line of work. Stop playing with people and their money! They were booked but agreed to Come in early just to see me. Wow. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with them just for that. Honestly , this might seem crazy, but I began to like them more and more as they started thinning out! They look so natural even today and it's been over a month! The one thing I would change is that I wish in the beginning they looked a bit more natural but honestly this studio still definitely deserves 5 stars because I know most people don't care if they look natural considering the price tag. 100% worth it. The first time, the woman gave me perfect dark lashes that lasted the usual amount of time. She was efficient, the salon is lovely, and I was eager to return. If I'd written this review then, it would've been glowing. The second time was a different woman. She was very kind, but the experience and results were awful. She took over an hour to simply tint my lashes. This is usually a 15-20 minute process. I was the only customer at the time, so it's not because she was busy tending to others. She initially applied the protective patches on my skin under my eyes but then removed them for most of the process. I had dark dye stains on the skin under my eyes through the next day. She didn't apply the dye the full length of my lashes, so I still had blond at the base. The color lasted less than a week (it usually stays for a month). It was a complete waste of time and money.
