It wasn't easy finding this place on Yelp bc it seems they had a different name not too long ago? There aren't too many reviews and yet the customers when I arrived seemed to be long time so perhaps just followed a particular lady to this new place. So my experience overall was just odd. Luckily, I take everything with a grain of salt. I was in the area, and I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed. I knew Santorini's was across the street and I wanted to eat there (review for them is posted) Ok so I go into the wax room, lay down, and close my eyes. Open my eyes a little bit and there are 2 or 3 additional ladies in the room with me (employees) watching apparently a lesson in eyebrow waxing. Okay, the lady doing my brows "is a very good teacher" - her words. Go for it, girl. Despite this, I decide I want a mani. And then I decide I want a pedi also. So eyebrows done, I sit in the chair for my pedi. Basic stuff, no frills. The usual. It was 630 pm when I arrived and they closed at 730 so I wasn't trying to stay there all night. Plus, starving. Really nice girl but she scratched up the tops of my feet with the callous scrubber. Not sure why she did that. Didn't really notice til about an hour later. On to the mani. Very meticulous. I'm almost certain the ladies employed are fairly new to nails and salon business. Really sweet people. They just need some more experience. read more

This place is excellent! My granddaughter had her nails done and I had my eyebrows waxed by Judy. OMG THIS IS THE BEST EYEBROW WAX IVE EVER HAD! JUDY took her time to get every stray hair out and with very minimal discomfit. She shaped them beautifully , very natural-looking. She also did an excellent job on my God's nail. Same thing, she took her time to get them perfect. In fact I think she is a perfectionist! Which is to her customers' benefit. Judy also is very pleasant and kind ( her English is good too!) and made us feel welcome. read more

Miss Judy runs a fabulous store! She has the Midas touch as far as massages go. So glad her renovations to the shop include a private massage and facial room (with a real massage table). I had a full-body massage and enjoyed it thoroughly. $60 for 60 minutes is a pretty good price (I hate it when places cheat you out of ten minutes by making it a fifty-minute massage.) Will definitely do it again. Trying the facial next week (same price). Can't wait. read more

They don't know how to do nails. I was in there for over 3 hours. They are really sloppy and unprofessional with their work. My nails were so ugly, i had another nail technician correct her co-worker's work and they were still sloppy. The nail polish is already chipping 2 hours later. I do 100% would not recommend this location to anyone. read more

LOVE this place! Miss Judy runs an amazing establishment--clean, efficient, and friendly. The mani/pedis are done with great care and are long-lasting. The massages and facials are the BEST EVER-- reasonable and top-notch. As someone who has had her share of those services over the course of a lifetime, I tell no lies when I say that this is the BEST deep-tissue massage I have ever had! Want to waste your time and money this is the place to go!!! Do not go to this place. This was three days after second attempt trying to fix this awful UV permanent French within a week!! I paid this woman $80 for this. I have being doing my nails for over twenty years. This woman is a liar. From the moment she began doing my nails I knew she had very little experience for this! This is not a 15 dollar manicure. I spent three hours here with my son while she kept getting up working on others. Within two days the gel was popping off and taking my nails with it. For anyone who knows what this is they know this doesn't come off not even with acetone. I went in there she said she would fix I was reluctant but agreed. It was worse then the first time! The nails weren't even! White line not even. Started to come off my nails within 24 hours. I went back today to show her awful work yet again I was told maybe it's my nails. Really! Wait first time maybe the gel. No it's you sweetheart! You don't know what your doing. I have been doing that for over 7 years and your way of doing It was terrible. Never had this happened at the real salon I go to but to save a few bucks this is what I got. Never again. She refused to give me my money back!! What kind of business is this!!!! Now my nails are broken and I'm out 80 bucks cause I tipped her. Smdh. If you do not know how to provide a service do not claim to do so. If a customer shows you twice your terrible job give them their money back cause you did an awful job!! Ladies do not waste your time or hard earned money!!!!!! Oh and I will be posting everywhere. My favorite nail spot! The people are friendly and nice. Great prices! Manicure is $6. Good parking but be careful of location. Lynbrook kindergarten center is located across the street. Make sure you read signs. Some spots are metered but there is free parking just have to be careful. read more

I have been going to this nail salon for about ten years. I have been through three owners, and the woman that is there now has beautifully renovated the salon and you feel very relaxed. You hear the sound of a fountain and soft music, and the television is on with subtitles and muted so you can see the news. Judy does everything: nails, waxing, threading, facials, massage and even cupping. It is worth the trip to just go for a ten minute massage. All that being said, it is a small salon. They do take walk-ins but they work by appointment for the most part. Judy has a long list of regular customers, so any negative Yelp reviews are from customers that drop in and expect quick service. For that they should go to a place that has eight to ten nail technicians working, rather than the two lovely and professional women at Grace Nail. I suggest you call and make an appointment, even if it is just an hour in advance, and she will let you know when she can take care of you. She does a beautiful job with powder gel. The pedicure chairs have such a nice massage element that you can relax and almost fall asleep. read more

I used to come to this nail salon all the time. My acrylic nails always came out great. I recently went a couple days before christmas to get acrylic nails. and let me tell you i was not pleased at all. She plastered acrylic so messy i had it all over my fingers not only that it was all over the place, She began to file the acrylic down because of the mess she made. I had acrylic hanging from my nails on the side looking like icicles and little hills on my nails. She was cutting my cuticles too much to the point i had to tell her to stop. and in two nails she made my cuticle bleed because of the machine. she was very careless with the machine filer. I was in the nail salon for 3 hours in order for her to file them down so they would look nice. After 2 in a half hours i had to tell her if she can please speed it up because i had plans soon. Within 5 days my acrylics began lifting. The only thing that lasted was the plastic that they stick on your nail before they put the acrylic. Im now left with the acrylic being completely lifted and only the part they glue on left on my nail with the acrylic. SO PAINFUL. Because they just won't come off even after soaking. Oh and on a couple of my fingers i know how bruises under my nail. The owner i believe which was the guy was very nice and welcoming. They just need to make sure their workers know how to do certain stuff and if not do not allow them to do it. So disappointed i will not be coming back. read more
