I was looking for a more local spa and heard good things about Grace, and have even met the owner previously (very lovely and beautiful person!). Unfortunately, I have had to go for a touch up each time, I think 2 touch ups once. The only time I didn't go back (and needed it) was last year, but could not come due to being away in FL for a month. I've been going there for a few years now, but will not be going back. This last visit, both hubs and I both needed a touch up again.. (we usually go together; he has always needed a touch up as well). While at the touch up and because I was already there, I asked for my bunny lines (nose scrunch lines) to get injected. The touch up was free, but obvi I would pay for the new units to nose. I then realized I was charged a $20 provider fee plus my $60 for units. I called the next day and inquired about the provider fee. We have never been charged for touch ups. I was told that because the injector (super nice) had to "inject a new area" I was charged. Mind you... she was already injecting me, and already had product ready. There was absolutely no difference besides me paying for even more units (which I asked for)... it's not like I made a new appt for a new service.. I was there because the initial service was insufficient. I didn't want to go back out and take time out of my family's day to do this on purpose, but my forehead looked a bit wild and needed to have it fixed, crows still scrunching too much... I cancelled my membership that day. Insult to injury, the $$ I spent on my bunny lines was a waste as well, as the injection made zero difference lol... friends, be aware of fancy plazas and how product is reconstituted... rents are high and spas will get their $$ any way they can... unfortunately will never go back

I tried to personally speak with Ursala to Clarify procedures, dates and prices but after several days and weeks of trying to speak to someone, Ursala suddenly couldn't come to the phone and I 'had to deal' with the receptionist. And since we are already there I tried the non-invasive BBL. We already know that I am obsessed with my booty. I called her around 4:45p.m. to see if she can schedule me out a little later around 5:45pm-6:00pm. She said 5:45pm would be the latest. I told her I would call her back shortly to confirm the appointment as I didn't want her waiting for me. Mind you, life happens and we are all human. I had a medical appointment earlier in the afternoon which I couldn't make it too due to my hectic work schedule. I had to go to that appointment directly after work, hence my request for a later time. I called Bev at 5:15pm, and yes it was short notice but I genuinely was trying to see if I would still make the 5:45pm appointment even after my medical appointment as it was close to my job. She automatically went "ugh" on the phone then questioned what town I was in... I also apologized to her as I never cancel appointments. She proceeds to say, "you only gave me 15 min but okay thank you" with an entire attitude then hangs up. Mind you, 5:45pm would be a half hour notice not 15min. SHE THEN PROCEEDS to send a cancellation notice through the app with the following message: "this special person cancelled within 15 min notice, gave bs excuse. Tell all fellow esthies about this one". LITERALLY THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL thing a business owner could say or do. Now I'm special? That's literally crazy. I am so glad I dodged the bullet with this one. I even attached the photo for proof. Next time you shouldn't assume someone's situation before getting mad someone cancelled. I don't know you, and you don't know me. It's not like we have worked with each other in the past and I cancel left and right. What a great way to bring new clients in.

A few days after emergency, I received an invoice for $50 stating | was a "No Show" to the appointment. My family member was diagnosed with a blood clot near their spine and their left leg paralyzed. Once I received the invoice, I called their office explaining again the medical emergency and they did not care. They wanted me to attend the appointment and not lose the $50 versus me taking care of my family. I am seeking this money back immediately and they have not resolved the situation.
