Bought some parts here...they ordered the wrong parts and I was told by Ruby that I could return the parts no mention of restocking fee...when I tried to return them they wanted me to pay a restocking fee for parts they ordered wrong when I refused to pay the restocking fee they refused to take them back...a manager would not even come out to talk to me...left the parts there and left...they are dishonest and unprofessional...stay away at all cost...I will report them to Better Business Bureau... I ordered a front chrome grill for my truck and got a non chrome grill and they didn't want to exchange it I didn't even want the money all I wanted was the right grill plus the female's suck at the service desk i all got a hood for my truck and the quality of the hood was no good it dented when I tried to close the hood i lost $600 on parts. I was told they had a motor for my Jetta with 84000 on it. My mechanic ran the VIN number and found out 5 years earlier in 2017 it was brought in for repair and was found to have 254,000 miles at that time. So good thing my mechanic said to run a Carfax on the VIN number basically they lied and cost me $40 and almost had me pay someone to bolt in a motor that had three times the mileage that they claimed. I love this place! Needed parts for my truck and they do have comparable low prices to websites. I don't know any other local parts place in my area that can get parts either same day or within a few days. Called several times and today I ordered some parts that were supposed to be here next day. I received a call same day and parts arrived already! Perfect and great place for immediate parts. I should have written this review years ago but was just reminded yesterday. I went in for a bunch of front end parts for a new truck that im looking to fix up. Got a steal deal on all my parts and they had them all in stock! they've increased their inventory tremendously and they also carry paint now, which i have yet to order. Most of the workers have been there for years so they know their parts really well and they always seem to remember their customers... even though it's been like two years since i last stopped by!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I do not recommend this place for parts at all. If you don't believe me go ahead and buy from them. They promise delivery of parts and almost always fall through. They order the wrong parts. The women who work there are completely unknowledgeable. They don't admit to taking certain peoples orders when the orders go wrong which is almost every time. Most shops I know who order parts from there as a last resort. DO NOT BUY HERE WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCTS. THEY GIVE IT TO YOU DENTED UNDER THE PACKING AND WON'T EXCHANGE. Purchased a RT front finder for my 74 GMC Pick Up to finish up restoration for paint.10 Days after I picked it up I had time to install it. Removed old and unpackaged new one and their was a dent on the line of the fender bend There. policy is return within 15 days for exchange. I took it back and they said 24 hrs in original condition. It was in condition I received it .I'm a car guy not a body shop that puts it on that day.. I had to fix there dent on a new fender. read more
