My car was making a metal rattling noise when I went over any bumps, so I began my search for a new shop as I haven't been too happy with some of the other places around. I was able to drop my car off Sunday night and by midday Monday, I received a call to go over the issue and total cost. I was told that the rotted part just needed to be removed, and didn't require replacement which was not only shocking, but relieving. The price was very fair and they didn't try to upsell on services or do anything unnecessary just to make a buck. They replaced them for me using the links I had without the argument that they only replace parts they sell. This is the definite go-to place for me. I am utterly astonished by how rude and unprofessional these people are. I had my car towed there on Wednesday afternoon. My battery was dead, but I asked them not to do any work without talking to me first I wanted to explain what actually happened, and why I didn't think it was just the battery, as it's fairly new. Well, I was blown off every time I called to check up on its status, and today "Mike" told me to come and pick up pick up my "fucking" car tomorrow. He used the eff word a total of seven times over the phone. Stay away from this place. I'm actually afraid to pick up my car. I'm no "Karen " , but this was borderline harassment. Today they told me that if I stepped foot on their property , I'd be arrested for trespassing. Meanwhile, my car is still there and is apparently unlocked and my keys are on the middle console. It's now Saturday, and I spent all day trying to find an open auto repair service to tow it to. Another threat, and more harassment. read more
