They don't work weekends and will always schedule your service for the following week and once you drop it off it's ready that same day always. Very reliable and trustworthy people. They didn't "upsell" me at all, which I was pleasantly surprised by. The young man who swapped my rims/tires did a great job & was very friendly. However at some point, he was pulled away by his peers to work on another vehicle that had been brought in by a tow truck. It's a very busy garage....my vehicle was left unattended, raised on the lift, for about 30-mins before he was able to return to my project. All in all the process took about 2-hours from arrival to leaving. Though I was pleased, it was unfortunate that the workers seem to be pulled in multiple different for for directions, unable to focus entirely on 1-vehicle at a time.

What has been even more disappointing is the way the situation was handled afterward. Despite bringing the issue to their attention and requesting that they take responsibility, they have refused to provide a refund or adequately address the damage caused by their work. Mistakes can happen in any business, but customer service is measured by how those mistakes are corrected. Instead of standing behind their service, Arlington Auto & Tire has left me with repair costs and frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop and would encourage others to carefully document any work performed on their vehicle. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of the service and the lack of accountability shown after the damage occurred.
