The interior is well decorated and gives off very relaxing vibes. I was surprised to find it decently packed during a Wednesday afternoon. I picked up the pistachio latte and found it a tad on the sweeter side but the beans had the right roast to it. The latte was smooth and velvety. Noticed a decent variety of delicacies but left those for another day. The attendees were friendly and the place is kept sparkling clean. I now know my go-to coffee spot the next time I'm here.

I cannot rave about this place enough! In no particular order, but as topics come to mind: The establishment is spotless. The staff is second to none and completely top-notch from the time that you walk in where you get smiles upon entry and including placing your order at the counter. Both with smiles. Wow! The ordering process is seamless. The menu is clear. Not worky. Their pastries and snacks that they have displayed are absolutely stunning. An amazing amount of seating tables for communities or single set up spaces if you want to crank some out privately. The ladies restroom again, like the front of the establishment was spotless. The decor in the establishment is absolutely incredible. Very inviting not screaming white like you're at the dentist office but calm and peaceful. My sugar-free vanilla latte was absolutely amazing. To my understanding that is the only sugar-free syrup still they had it. I was on it. The connection I had at the counter was awesome. Asked me if this was my first time shared some background information about the coffee shop just incredible. Their efficiency is spot on you get a little red light flashy alarm that you take back to your table with you and when it buzzes your coffee's ready. I love that no screaming no loud shouts across the room. It's absolutely classy. I get it now. I was blowing up my husband's phone while I was waiting for my coffee and my girlfriend to arrive sharing pictures and can't wait to return. Marib crushes it.

Standard coffee shop offerings at market-appropriate prices. Their cold brew is delicious, one of the best I've had in the area. I also ordered the egg sandwich and breakfast cookie, which was the perfect amount of food (especially if you share the cookie). I sometimes feel like breakfast sandwiches can be heavy and rather greasy, but this one was quite light! The maple sauce added a nice touch of sweetness too. I believe their breakfast cookie is a best seller and I can see why. Chocolate chips and dried cherries?? Scrumptious and soft! I like the small and minimalist feel of their interior. It feels more hometown instead of a chain. Even with only a few people working, they kept the orders coming at a great speed. I was happy to get my food within minutes. I eyed the cinnamon roll pretty hard, so I look forward to trying that next!

The staff was very friendly and patient. The menu us rather limited but when you get your food a party of flavors consumer your taste buds. I opted for the K&K with chicken. There is a fish option too that alot of people came in and ordered. I wish I tried the fish because that's what seemed to be the most popular but the chicken was a grand slam. The noodles are home made and have the texture of a wide Thai noodle but is the size of a lasagna noodle. These noodles hold a ton of the spices and compliment the dish very well. I did not see anything related to a deli other than two empty deli cases. I'm not sure if it use to be a deli or is only a deli at certain times of the day.

One of the servers came around with samples of their new drink, which was Oaxacan inspired tea and such a phenomenal first experience. I could have had a gallon of the drink! I ordered the Kati Roll and the chicken sandwich for my husband to go. The Kati roll is the best savory meal I've had in months! The first bite made my eyes go round with how flavorful it was. It had a bit of sweetness that balanced with the other flavors so beautifully. The chicken sandwich was also a 10/10 from my husband, despite being eaten an hour after ordering. Though, if we had to pick one, we'd say the Kati roll would win. We were seated almost immediately after ordering. Despite how busy it was, it didn't feel over-crowded. They told us about 45 min for our food, since they were so busy and backed up, but our food arrived not even 20 minutes later. Also, everyone we interacted with was so kind and pleasant! Honestly, everything we tried was perfection. As a Bengali myself, I was overjoyed with the representation. I can't wait to come back (maybe on a weekday when the line might be shorter?)

It's a little hard to rate a hospital cafeteria, but I'll have to say I'm a fan!…read more Bryden Bistro is the new cafeteria inside of Mt Carmel St. Ann's. Apparently, St. Ann's used to be in Old Towne East on Bryden Rd, hence the name. As far as hospital cafeterias go, this is as good as it gets. I spied great to-go items like wheatberry salads and fresh fruit (about time a hospital food dispensary offered healthy options), but the hot stations are really where Bryden shines. There are daily variants on risotto, wood-fired pizza oven, comfort foods, and grill. The salad bar is above-average: their dressings appear to be house-made and lots of great toppings like chickpeas and artichoke hearts. Three choices of fresh, hot soup, too! Apparently breakfast is pretty sweet, too, though I haven't tried it yet. Made-to-order omelets and the like. The space is gorgeous and updated. Think dry-stack stone and glass tile. This is a huge upgrade from the old cafeteria layout, which was confusing and labyrinth-like. The best part about the Bryden Bistro is the pride of the staff. Employees were eager to answer questions and show off the space. My dad works at St. Ann's as a doc, and he was super excited for the fam to come visit him during a long shift so we could see Bryden Bistro. The dining area still leaves something to be desired, but apparently the expansion and cafeteria reboot isn't complete, and the dining room will soon be expanded and refreshed.

The sausage on a side plate was super tasty. I could taste the pepper and rosemary seasoning and it was very juicy. The coffee was very good and I served myself another hot cup! I would definitely come back!
