Up until I had fallen and cracked my front teeth I went for an appointment to see how they could fix my teeth, I went for a consultation on 06/26/2026 and one of their dentist recommended 2 fillings and 2 veneers, come by two weeks later I went in for an appointment with them on 7/6/26 because they told me to wait a week until my teeth healed and the other dentist that saw me recommended veneers for all 4 teeth at dental solution, that day they just did a root canal on one of my teeth. After my appointment with dental solutions I did want to get a second opinion just to make sure that was the best option in preserving my natural teeth and what's better in the long run which I did and when I went to another dentist they did say I should do crowns instead of veneers because one other teeth needed a root canal because it was starting to get infected and that the other 2 it was a 50/50 chance I might end up needing a root canal, he did say a crown was a better option just in case they need to reach the teeth from behind for the root canal. They also had prescribed me antibiotics for the tooth that needed a root canal. After my consultation I called dental solutions because I wanted to talk to the dentist and see if a crown was a better option, mind you they had not offered me a crown for either of them and had not prescribed me antibiotics, or even noticed the other tooth needed a root canal, I still wanted to get there opinion on a crown and stick with them but when I called today July 8 to ask if they could do the root canal on the tooth they missed Sandra was really defensive and wouldn't let me speak, she said "if you don't trust us, go with the other dentist, I'll go ahead and cancel your upcoming appointment and you can go with them", I explained I wanted to get a second opinion because teeth are important for people and making sure your getting the right treatment is important and it shouldn't matter if i decided to get a second opinion which I doubt she heard me because she kept speaking over me. And I told her I still wanted to talk to the dentist and she canceled my appointment. I'm so disappointed in how the front desk lady answered the phone and treated me, anyone who is paying would want to make sure they're getting the right treatment. She had also said "oh I don't like when people do that, you're not buying a car where you can shop around" very unprofessional. I ended the call by saying people's teeth are important and I told her okay that's fine cancel my appointment, I'll just leave a review. I added screenshots of the phone call and the appointment she canceled as well as the initial treatment plan they had given me. Even after not them not seeing the other teeth needed a root canal and was infected I still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but the front desk lady clear any doubts, if they acted like this I'm glad I didn't go through with them because anyone who knows there not doing anything wrong wouldn't care if I went to get a second opinion. I've had dental work done in the past that's had to be redone, and have had my fair share of unpleasant experiences, even during routine cleanings. I've been so sore and in pain for days, unable to properly eat, from just a regular tooth cleaning - I used to dread those appointments. It was very simple to make an appointment online which was already a plus. This place is also about 10 minutes away which was also convenient. The front staff is nice, not rude or condescending like some other places. I didn't have to wait long until I was called in. I had X-rays done, and then the Dr came in and actually spent a good amount of time just getting to know me as a person. After looking at my X-rays and doing a quick exam, he gave me a simple treatment plan for one tooth. He explained everything thoroughly and answered every question I had. I was even able to get my teeth cleaned with Zareh the same day and he was really efficient and gentle - no pain or soreness afterwards at all. I'll be going for my treatment in a few weeks so I'm a little nervous but feeling optimistic. I'll have to update this review after treatment so hopefully everything goes smoothly.

Recently I had a 20 year root canal go bad and it was time for an extraction + implant. I had been super afraid of finding a proper dentist to do this procedure because I just could not trust dentists to not screw me over with pricing and procedures. I came to Shant at Dental Blvd through a recommendation and could not have had made a better decision. Shant was the 4th dentist I went to for inquiry about the extraction and implant, and not only did he quote me a price lower than anyone else I inquired, but Shant and the office staff me feel so welcome to be seeing a dentist lol. It felt like I was visiting a dentist who was in my family or something I ended up going through dental blvd for my extraction and implant. I got my molar extracted at the start of July and my implant is about to be finalized by the end of this year. Since then, I've come to Shant for a chipped incisor (front tooth) and filling replacement on a premolar. Let me tell you something else. My chipped incisor had been worked on by another dentist before, and that filling only lasted two months before it fell out. Shant not only repaired that dentist's work, he made it look flawless to the point where you would never know the tooth had been chipped in the first place.
