The staff is very nice and they communicate well. Wait times are a bit on the longer side compared to my current office. I had two routine cleanings and they were fine. The problem that I encountered after a couple of maintenance work on prior fillings. I told the dentist that my teeth were sensitive so I may need to be numbed up a bit more. I was given more shots, but I still felt sensitivity was way more compared to any other prior dentist that I had. One of the fillings actually broke off so I dreaded coming back. I had my initial visit on 4/27/26. The technician that helped with the X-rays, Anayeli was amazingly nice, patient and professional. Dentist came reviewed X-rays and had a great chat. Then as I was getting ready for my cleaning I was told the appointment was only for X-rays and had to return to get it done. This is the first dental office that has done that. I was given an appointment, and told verbally that it was for 10am the following Monday. I was able to make it because I had the day off. I came to the cleaning appointment, 5 minutes early. Signed I. And waited. 15 minutes after waiting and nobody saying anything I asked the receptionist about my appointment and told me it was for 10:30am. The receptionist had seen me there and didn't even offer to check if I could be seen earlier. Sat and waited 10:40am and nothing. I was tired waiting g and nobody took the time, receptionist yo apologize or give a way to be seen. I told her to cancel the appointment and receptionist just looked at me but didn't apologize or try to accommodate me just let me walked away. Shame because I had a good experience with the x-Ray technician and dentist but the front office lacks customer service and etiquette. read more

I am a new patient to dental care center and my entire experience was amazing! Gabby was wonderful at taking many needed x-rays revealing dental problems I have. Hygienist Lynn did great job at cleaning my teeth and explaining how to use my electric toothbrush properly. Dr Peters was very capable dentist which I trust to work on me. We have a treatment plan which will extract my bad and painful molar tooth, plus give me needed deep teeth cleaning. I plan to be better at cleaning my teeth, in order for them to be healthier and have fewer issues. I plan to buy the best electric toothbrush they recommended Oral-B IO series 10! I went to my first dentist in Panorama City assigned by my employer and requested to change due to unfriendly treatment of the staff. Then, I saw from the list of dentist this "The Dental Care." It was my first time visiting their clinic in Sepulveda Blvd. and I noticed that they have complete equipments and staff are cordial. Dr. Peter Suh explained to me in details the overall dental needs like deep cleaning and changing my old bridge. It is reassuring that they ask for updates; not everyone comes to the office prepared to share their health updates proactively. I had just a moment to sit before being called back for my cleaning. Right on time even late in the afternoon! As always, my hygienist was focused only on me during my cleaning. I appreciate that practitioners can work with a patient without distraction.
