There was a long backlog this time around but it didn't really matter to me so I wasn't put out by it (but I think they're done with whatever the backlog was for). I did say raze everything to the ground but I didn't expect they would also help me take out four barberry bushes that I had been dreading to remove because it's a thorny, personal hell but they did it and that was definitely the icing on the cake. I also requested they leave the wood chips so I can smother everything to prep for spring planting and they're even coming back to drop off another load tomorrow (one truck-full turned out to not be enough for everywhere I needed it to be.) Amazing cleanup. Other than the hole where the tree used to be (and a broken gate), you could not tell that anything had happened. I got the text saying he would be at the house in 5 minutes, & arrived in 7 minutes. Took me 13 minutes to get back, & even though my husband explained what we needed, but that it would be better to talk to me, the fellow refused to wait. He didn't even pay attention to what hubby was telling him. I find it incredible that the customer has to wait for potentially 7 hours, but this company can't even wait 13 minutes, & do not give a proper arrival time.
