I recently had a root canal done at another office who referred me to Dr. Park for follow up and I'm so grateful that they did. Aside from the root canal follow up, I knew I had two teeth in the back that I was convinced would need to be extracted because they had such large, deep cavities. Dr Park not only prevented them from being extracted, but was able to fill them in office and save them entirely. He is so kind and gentile, walks me through everything he's doing, and answers the firehose of questions I throw his way effortlessly. His reception staff are also outstanding and have been able to get me in for follow up appointments quickly. While I don't think I'll ever "enjoy" going to the dentist, I couldn't ask for a better experience than with Dr. Park. Can't recommend him enough!

Dr. Park was honest when I came in for a second opinion and assured me that that number of fillings was not necessary and only filled the cavities that needed them. Additionally, Dr. Park has excellent bedside manner and is very gentle when doing dental work. I was very comfortable during the fillings I did have done (didn't even feel it--and i've had many painful dental experiences as a kid) and he makes sure to keep you in the loop during the process so you're not taken by surprise by anything (during regular cleanings too). He is very transparent about things that you may need to keep a close eye on and provides helpful suggestions for what you can do to prevent issues from getting further. Overall, if you're looking for a dentist to go to in the DMV area I definitely recommend the Parks!

As a teenager, I paid approximately $4,000 out of pocket for braces without insurance. At the time, I chose Premiere Dental Care not only because of the services offered, but also because I wanted to support a Black-owned business located near my grandparents' store in Washington, DC. As a Maryland resident, I made that choice despite not having the convenience of living nearby. After completing my treatment, I was provided with a retainer. Unfortunately, I later lost the retainer, and my gap has since begun to reopen. When I contacted the office to ask about obtaining a replacement retainer, I was informed that I would need to return for a new mold. The problem is that I now live over two hours away, making an in-person visit difficult. More importantly, taking a new mold now would capture my teeth in their current state, including the reopening gap that I paid thousands of dollars to correct. I worked hard and made significant sacrifices to pay for my orthodontic treatment without insurance. I invested in braces specifically to close the gap in my teeth, and it is frustrating to now be in a position where I may need to spend an additional $3,000 on Invisalign or other corrective treatment because I cannot obtain a replacement retainer based on my post-treatment results. As a loyal patient who supported your practice and paid entirely out of pocket, I expected more flexibility and assistance in preserving the results of my treatment. This situation has been both financially and emotionally upsetting, especially considering the effort and commitment I made to receive care through your office. I've had ongoing billing issues with this office that I still haven't been able to fully resolve. I…read morewas charged in full for dental work on March 30, 2026, including $700 pre-paid via my FSA card -- before any services were rendered. My FSA administrator later flagged this as a violation of IRS regulations, since FSA cards cannot be used to pre-pay for services not yet performed, and required the office to refund the amount. On top of that, when I received my receipt, from first appointment it listed work done on four teeth that was never actually performed. Because work was actually done on two and in different side that was listed on the receipt. I reached to request a corrected invoice, which am yet to receive four months later. The office has acknowledged the errors and said they're working with my FSA/HSA to return the funds, and were waiting for my insurance to pay them for worked done. Insurance has done that I saw again they charge my insurance for fourth teeth, I followed up again to remind them that was incorrect and request my refund they still says they working on it. At this point this is clear that this is not an error or just incompetence, rather it is a deliberate attempt charge for services not rendered and false work done. I will be reaching out to my insurance and also file a claim with the county. I'd recommend other patients carefully review their invoices and avoid pre-paying for services. And advise them to look for another honest dental practice.

Right under the dental anxiety section, and when you click on that link, it literally says at the top of the page. "IMPROVE YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT WITH DENTAL SEDATION" That's incredibly misleading.
