I brought my phone in for a simple screen repair and was told it would take only one hour. When I came back after an hour, the shop was closed, the technician was nowhere to be found, and no one was answering the phone -- all of this at 2 PM in the middle of the day. Completely unprofessional. I had to come back the next day just to get my phone, and then I was charged $185, which is ridiculously expensive for a basic screen repair. To make things worse, the repair wasn't even done properly -- the left side of my screen still doesn't work at all. It gets worse. The day after I got my phone back, my bank contacted me about suspicious activity. When I checked my phone, I was logged out of my Instagram and had received around 100 emails about password changes from different apps. I had zero issues like this before bringing my phone here. Not only did they fail to fix my phone, but it also seems like my personal information may have been compromised. This is beyond unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.

He went above and beyond to figure out what was going on with my laptop and even ordered another separate power brick (on his own dime) just to see if it was that. He found the problem, called the manufacturer for the replacement part and gave a fair price for the part + labor. I ultimately did not go through with the repair as I decided to buy a PC. When I went to pick up my laptop I asked what I owed and Victor said everything was complimentary. Now that is top tier service right there. My SONY 3D TV picture became a pixelated mess on Sunday and I spent Mon and Tues researching how to fix it. Everything online said it can't be fixed. I called three highly-recommended repair shops and none of them would even touch it after looking at the screen captures. All three told me to throw it out and get a new one. 3D TVs are obsolete now and there are no new ones to get! Frustrated, I forced myself to accept reality. I had just put the TV in the doorway to be set out by the trash on Wednesday when John returned my message and said he could fix it and would be by in an hour to pick it up. I looked up his Yelp reviews and they were eyebrow raising, to the point of too good to be true, and my cynical nature was setting up red flags all over the place. He showed up and was cheerful, respectful and completely confident he would have it repaired and returned "hopefully by Saturday, but definitely by Monday." He loaded the TV in his car and was off and I spent the rest of the day wondering when the call would come where he told me he couldn't fix it after all and it would have to be thrown away. But yesterday, 24 hours after taking the TV away, he called to say it was fixed and he was on his way to deliver it. And he did. And it was fixed. And I don't know what he did, but the picture actually looks better than it did before he picked it up. And the 3D works great. And the price was very fair. And I feel like I dreamed the whole episode. My God, what a world this would be if every business was like this! If you are ever in need of TV repair service, let this guy be your first choice. I guarantee that you will never have need for another.
