Global emergency road services have helped me about 4 times now. Part of the experience of owning multiple exotics is there is always some issue here and there. In the past when I called AAA, the drivers would come out and refuse service saying the car is too low etc, after waiting a long time for them to arrive. Not these guys, in fact I always request them when I need a tow due to mechanical issues. They are on time, respectful, very careful and know how to deal with low cars. Their tie down straps also touch the tires only and never on the wheels, so you dont need to worry about anything scratching up the rims. It took over 2 hours for someone to show and when they did, it was discovered that it was the key fob battery and not car battery. The guy said he couldn't help and just left them stranded. My truck is broke down on my property of 2 acres in the back. I called to have it towed to my mechanic because it would not start the person that was sent was pretty much clueless I wanted it back onto the flatbed he said it couldn't be backed on because the back tires were too wide? Go figure if it goes on forward it should go on backwards. The next day I called again specified it had to be loaded backwards and I did not want the same driver. They sent out WILLIAM who was phenomenal!! He had no issues pulling the truck on backwards got it loaded got it to my mechanic backed up put it in my mechanics driveway who works from his house and that's why I needed it loaded this way. Was involved in a traffic accident near Pasadena. What seemed like a decent experience initially quickly went to hell. I gave the driver my keys so he could load the truck and I proceeded over to finish giving my statement to the officer at the site. Upon completion I entered the tow cab and we headed off. Shortly after leaving the scene we stopped at a gas station and I purchased us both some water for the long drive back to my place. Once we got to the house he proceeded to ask me for the keys. The keys which I had already given him at the scene in order to get it on the truck to begin with. He rustled around for a bit to look for them but to no avail. He insisted on the fact that he had given me the keys but he in fact had not. The keys, wallet and phone were all I had on me, so not realizing I had them just wouldn't have happened. He later told me he even attempted to go back to the gas station to look for them. Why would you think they were there if you had given them to me? The company then proceeded to tell me they weren't liable and denied any culpability, And that I should go thru AAA. We did go thru AAA for a resolution but at the expense of me having to make a claim for the replacement key which exceeded the $100 that AAA covered. A big shout out to Carlos who came into a really tough situation. My car had the parking brake stuck on, and no way to release it. It was also sitting on top of a lift in my garage. He had to put Go-Jacks under the front wheels, and lift it from the rear, slide it out over the lift, and then replace them with a dolly on both sides. Did I mention it was raining and was at 6am in the dark? He threaded the needle and got it out of the garage past the lift by millimeters on either side and was nothing short of amazing. Cheery disposition, all in a days work, no worries I got this. He also knew where I was having it towed to, and their hours, and John the owner. We got there right when they opened at 7:30a and he dropped the car in slot by their front door. Totally impressed. He should get employee of the century. 100% Satisfied...!!! read more

I will get to the bottom of why triple AAA and this company left my elderly father stranded for hours only to cancel and give me the run around. These guys working with triple have personal relations with certain workers in triple aaa and lie about it. Unfortunately I wish I can write a decent review . But UNFORTUNATELY I can't. These people said no way we can tow your truck, there was NOTHING wrong with my truck or type of truck. They said they couldn't tow it then said they will if I wanted to pay out of pocket. Quoted me 350 dollars JUST to pick up my truck and 10 dollars a mile. You got caught lying about being able to take my Truck. Terrible business will make sure everyone i know is aware of this spot, y'all only want to make MONEY and not actually help a brother out! R. Elias came and assisted me on Saturday afternoon and provided my girlfriend and I with world class service. We had car trouble at her parents house that afternoon and luckily my girlfriend has AAA. And luckily Global Emergency Road Service dispatched R. Elias in a very timely manner. He was super professional, wore a mask the entire time, and practiced great social distancing skills, all while explaining the issues my car was having. I have AAA and was told $110 for the towing back to garland. The tow truck driver charged me $200 and wouldn't leave until I paid him cash. Felt ripped off and scared for my life. My car wouldn't start a couple weeks ago, so I called AAA. They sent out Andrew from Global Emergency, who was excellent. He arrived much earlier than AAA's estimate and was extremely friendly and cordial. He correctly diagnosed the issue as rat damage to the electrical system, but attempted to jump start the battery just in case. When that didn't work, he got the car onto his flatbed and knew exactly where he was going (I asked to go to the nearest delership). We had a friendly chat on the way there, and he did a great job maneuvering through the tight dealer lot. Overall, an excellent experience. My battery was dead and I spent 3 days trying to get AAA to come out they claimed there was a battery shortage over new year. They read the battery it said replace but they didn't have it so they jump started my car and I drove it all day, finally when this service (Global Emergency Road Service) came they tested the battery again and since we had charged it all day it tested ok however we showed them the replace battery printout/reading taken literally less than 24 hours prior which said replace. And AAA customer relations said they would replace it. I finally gave up got a new battery at O'Reilly and the car runs fine now, so it wasn't the starter, alternator, a sticky stick shift, etc's fault. I am hoping to have a better experience with them next time. They come quickly and could be good for a tow maybe. read more

My mom and I got stuck on the side of the 14 and we had to cal AAA to get a tow. They assigned our call to Global and said it would be about 20 min before the tow truck would be there, which was a perfectly reasonable amount of time given our location. Not 5 minutes later our driver, Richard, was pulling up in front of us. He was very nice and courteous and offered for us to sit in the truck while he did his work. Our SUV was loaded onto the tow truck in less than 5 minutes and we were taken to our automotive shop before the 20 minutes of the anticipated arrival time. We called because our keys got locked inside the car. The lady was very nice and told us the technician is on the way in 30 minutes. I received a text saying their on the way. 30 minutes have gone and I called back, another lady said the member isn't active. Did not give any solution, did not consider the fact that we've been waiting and my phone was about to die, she just said "I'm sorry the membership isn't active." So as a proactive guy I asked: "can you activate it so we can get helped?" She then realized that was possible and transferred our call. We got the member ship taken care of, fast forward 4 hours later, after many attempts of calling and just hearing music on the other end we've decided to call locksmith and just paid $160 just so we could go home. 3 hours later after that, AAA had the audacity to call me with this voice message: "This call may be monitored or recorded hello Anna this is Jesse Tiffany dispatch I was calling to search for your 2016 Toyota Corolla that was at the the Ross off of a Sepulveda so I wanted to doublecheck and in regards to the service um making sure because um we were having some issues with the we were having some issues in regarding to the our system our drivers cannot see the vehicle to see the call itself so I wanted to doublecheck um if you still needed service I do apologize on how long it's taken for you can get back to you um but I wanna make sure that if you still need service that we send it um if anything I'll I'm going to be sending another call to the house right now to at least you know to check up on you I know it's extremely late and I'm not sure if your battery still there or if you're still there but I want to make sure that um that you know you get service someway or another please call us back at 800-400422 and we'll we'll go ahead and I'm gonna send a call over to the Ross off of Sepulveda national Boulevard thank you..." My car had shut down due to a dead battery in the parking lot of my apartment complex. The technician "Yankee" came over and was very informative and patient. First of all, before he even came to my location, he made sure they had a compatible battery available. He explained the pricing to me so that it was clear what I would be spending before he even arrived. Once he arrived, he took a look at the battery and told me everything he would do, including testing the old battery and making sure the alternator was OK before installing the new battery. He not only followed me for about 10 minutes, but pulled up to the side of me and flipped me off, pulled ahead and then jerked his truck into my lane which made me go into the lane next to me. I live in Santa Clarita, but had just arrived to Palmdale and was exiting the freeway when my clutch popped, forcing me to pull into the nearest parking lot. I called AAA (Plus member, so no additional cost for tow within 100 miles), who initially said a truck would arrive in about 40 minutes. Well, 40 minutes later, I received a call from AAA informing me it was a busy evening, so they would have someone there in about 4 hours. Due to the new CDC regulations as a result of COVID 19, I couldn't ride with the driver, so my 70 year old mother had to drive from SC to Palmdale to get me. I didn't want her out there waiting for four hours, so I called AAA back. They got me a new truck with a wait time of 90 more minutes. Although it was a shorter wait time, I still wasn't pleased to wait that much longer. I had already been sitting in the lot for over an hour. Fortunately, for me anyway, a pickup in the same parking lot just four spaces from my car had problems starting and had also called AAA who sent out Global. When the driver arrived, they got the guys truck to start right away. I asked the driver if since he was already there could he help me, and I got back on the phone with AAA who reassigned me to Global and within minutes my helpful driver, Mario Murcia (27), who had waited while I called AAA, had my car on the bed and we were rolling back down the hill to SC. Mario was extremely pleasant and patient, the most professional, and explained what I needed to do with my keys. I thanked him profusely and he reassured me it was no problem at all, he was used to the drive and familiar with the area. He is deserving of every 5 star awarded if not more, and just an all around pleasure to have had as a tow driver. Mario, I am extremely grateful for your service and helping me, so I could get my mom back home where she belonged. Thank you again Mario! Stay safe out there. read more

This past Thursday, my cars alternator died and left me stranded at 1030PM. I was quoted by AAA that it was going to be a 2 hr wait for a tow but Global Emergency Road Service showed up almost a hr ahead of schedule. I have a classic car that is very long and lowered but the driver took great care during loading and was able to get it on the truck and strapped down in 10min ( with the help of many wood blocks). The driver was also able to drop it off almost exactly in my parking spot. He jump started the car for me to finish parking it the rest of the way before the car died again from the alternator. Through all of this, I didn't catch the drivers name but he represented his company well. read more

I have AAA and ordered a Tow from the Dealership to my home. I explained to them the Service Advisor would release my car and gave his name. The Service Advisor said Tow Drivers come regularly and are familiar with the process.There wasn't any problem until they sent this company out. The Driver arrived in 5 minutes and called me with an attitude because he was there and didn't see me or the car. I explained the Service Advisor would help him. He insisted I had to be there because he didn't have the car info. I told him the year, make,model, and license plate. He said I have to be there. It sounded like he wanted to leave. I said I was on the next street and will be there in 2 minutes. I got there sooner and was waiting at the window of his truck until he was done on his phone. When he saw me he rolled down the window and told me I don't have to have an attitude and that he is there to help me and said he can leave. I said where do I sign. He said I need to bring my car. Thinking back now he probably was going to leave when I went to get my car. I said they are bringing it out and asked where do I sign. He wouldn't answer me and rolled up the window some. I asked what he was doing. They are bringing out the car and where do I sign. He rolled up the window some more and backed into a space. I asked again and he rolled up the window some more. I stood in front of his truck to take a picture and hopefully get an answer. I told him my car is right there. He drove off. He was a rude, unprofessional, incompetent, and lazy driver who wants to get paid to not work. He did not want to get out of his truck.
