I locked my keys in my car before a very important meeting. After waiting over an hour for a different tow company to arrive (which it never did), I called my insurance back and explained the situation. However, in contrast to ALL the other emergency roadside service providers I've ever dealt with through my insurance, Diaz Emergency Roadside ANSWERED THE PHONE. I explained my situation, and he arrived very quickly. He expertly opened my vehicle and saved my day!! The next time I lock myself out of my vehicle, which I do several times a year, I will call him first!! I didn't have any cash for a tip, so I asked if he would accept digital tips, and he said yes. I woke up to my car not starting. I assumed my car just needed a jump so contacted roadside assistance with my insurance (USAA) and they contracted out to Diaz Emergency Roadside. He arrived much quicker than the estimate and was very friendly. He showed me what he was doing and tested the battery. It was clearly dead and jump starting would have been a temporary fix. I asked if he could change it out and he had one right in his truck and replaced it. Tested the new one in front of me too so I could see it was brand new. He even cleaned up the terminals for me.
