Also, I didn't sign anything and they switched my insurance during renewal and up charged me. When I called, they simply informed me they sent a document and because I didn't signed it, I have to pay. So I signed and waited, but now I'm being charged more for another uninsured motor coverage and they're asking me to sign another document. My insurance went up about $200/mo within 2 months from what I was paying. They keep blaming the billing department but doesn't seemed to care. Wish I can give negative stars. I'm trying to cancel my insurance and obviously having a difficult time getting in touch with anyone here. I cancelled all my motor vehicle and know they're asking me to pay homeowner insurance. This place really won't stop trying to steal your money.

When I called the actual company I was told that the down was 650 and they are not sure why the people at Top tried to take 1339 but nevertheless my insurance was canceled and add 200 extra down now cause of the laps in coverage.
