When they came back to regrind it, I paid an additional $250 for them to grind another stump and apply kill spray to a smaller stump since they already had the equipment on site. They ground the additional stump but never applied the kill spray and left without saying anything. I had to follow up myself to ask whether it was even done. I was first told they would come back in a few days, then later they personally told me they would return on the follow week. They never showed up or said anything. On top of that, the owner was unprofessional to deal with throughout the process, which only added to the frustration. When I asked for proper photos of the stump grinding, the owner became hostile and unprofessional, called me cursing, and repeatedly demanded immediate payment, claiming he would "bounce payroll" if I didn't pay right away. Instead of providing proof of completed work, I was sent a photo of a stump grinder and later a blurry photo taken from far away showing a pile of mulch, not the actual stump gone. Between the poor quality of the original work, missed commitments, and unprofessional communication, this was a frustrating experience. I would not recommend them based on reliability and follow-through.
