Customer Sevice at this location ris dead. Luckily there's so many other places that I can obtain service from that have great customer service. Unfortunately this is not one of them . Note: They are in the plaza with Walmart - but they are on the far end of he plaza…read more The first time I used this company was over a year ago and while the print quality on the postcards wasn't up to my clients / nor my standards - they acknowledged it and did the honorable, appropriate thing to make it right. The business cards turned out great though - and it was a less than 24 hour turnaround. I've used them a few times since then - and here's what I've found. The prices are very affordable and the staff is pretty responsive. I can't give them 5 stars because twice now, one of the owners / staff members has gotten snappish & snippy with me about something that I had no way of knowing was not included because to be quite honest - I'm used to it being included when dealing with print kiosks in Office Depot, Staples and even when dealing with actual print shops like Prima Flyers. Once - it was a laminating / mounting issue - and the last time - it was a trimming issue (which - in my defense - I had indicated that they needed to be trimmed in my initial request). When I apologized for assuming that it was included and said I would take care of it myself - that really didn't seem to help. Also - the last two times I've visited the shop - I experienced a little ___. When I came in - one staff member had clearly finished with a transaction - and was just chatting with the client - and another staff member was standing there listening. And I was left to stand there while they finished chatting. And then it happened again - but the last time - it wasn't a customer - it was a guy trying to solicit business. I didn't really mind the chatting - but I felt that it would have been nice, if at least one person would have said, "Excuse me" to the person, then made eye contact with me, and said, "I'll be right with you." Or something to that effect. I'm from a very small town - so I'm just not used to not being greeting or acknowledged when I walk into any place of business - so I'm probably more sensitive to that then someone who's used to life in 'the big city.' Nevertheless - with print quality and prices - I can tolerate occasional snippiness and being ignored for a few minutes. Lol.

Their shop isn't fancy but their customer service is what you would expect from the Ritz. I walked into their shop almost 45 mins after closing and was treated like their most valuable customer. Not only did they tell me to email my business card vector files anytime that night, but also that his wife would make any graphical changes to make it look "amazing on paper". I looked stressed because I work a high stress job- they could care less about my appearance or the money in my pockets or the car I was driving. They cared about me and took a personal interest in my situation. 130lb paper. After closing hours. UV coated. Ready for pick up before they technically open.... You don't find that very often; but when you do, you park your car next to Starbucks and take the time to appreciate those who take pride in their work. If the owners end up reading this, I just want to say thank you for everything. If you are a possible customer- I assure you that MetroGraphics is the best in industry.

He called me and let me know any and everything I needed if I didn't have it and he delivered some of the best service I've had. My PC is running amazingly fast and correctly most importantly. I will take my all my computers/laptops to Cascade Computers. I will refer everyone for pc repair/install to them as well.

I really wanted this to be a smooth, "drop it off and pick it up fixed" kind of experience... but…read moreinstead, it turned into a week-long lesson in patience. I came into uBreakiFix for a cracked front + inner screen. They gave me a quote. Cool. I submitted that exact quote to my insurance. Insurance paid me based on their numbers. Simple, right? Not quite. Upon pickup, I'm suddenly told the quote was wrong. That they itemized the incorrect parts and now the repair magically costs $300 more. So now I'm being asked to resubmit a brand-new quote to insurance and "hope" they cover the difference. Hope?! Let's be clear: I didn't misquote anything. I didn't select the wrong parts. I didn't create the invoice. That was 100% on them. Yet somehow, I'm the one expected to jump through hoops and clean it up. I even contacted corporate thinking they'd step in... but nope. Same response: everyone missed it, please work it out with the insurance company. Meanwhile, my phone is still being held hostage, I've lost a full week of time, and I'm stuck managing a mistake that wasn't mine. At this point, I'm picking up my phone and taking my business elsewhere. This was frustrating, time-consuming, and avoidable with better attention to detail and customer care. Mistakes happen, I get that. But accountability matters even more. Yelp Elite tip: double-check everything before you hand over your device. And don't assume the quote you're given is final. On to the next repair shop.
