She charged me for 4 extra sheets that were not even printed correctly that I cannot use (2 of which SHE printed and messed up) and told me she gave me a "discount" because she was charging me for papers that were incorrectly printed and cut off??? For a total of 4 sheets of correctly printed papers (I didn't print the additional two I needed because she did not print the correct number to begin with and I didn't have time for her to do it again, as I had already spent more time in here than I had), plus 4 messed up papers she charged me $8.48. I have never paid more than $0.30 for a black and white copy in my life. Nor have I ever been charged for messed up printed sheets that are not usable. I left after being shocked into paying the money. She didn't give me a receipt so I had to go back in to ask for it. Never coming back here and highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. All of the reviews for google and the one here must be friends or family. Also no prices are posted anywhere.

I had a terrible experience at the UPS Store on Buford Hwy in Duluth, GA. I went in for notary…read moreservices and asked the employee, Jasmine, if the notary was available. She informed me the notary wasn't there, so I asked for the name of the person who handles notary services so I can call later and ask if he's there before making the drive to the store. To my shock, Jasmine became extremely aggressive and rude, questioning why I needed the name and started raising her voice. Confused at first, I quickly realized she was being confrontational. The situation escalated into a verbal argument, and she began walking towards the door in a threatening manner. Feeling unsafe, I took out my phone to record the incident, but before I could, I noticed Jasmine was blocking the exit, which made me fear for my safety & I realized I needed to get out of there. She then charged at me, attempting to grab me and my phone. Thankfully, I was able to block her, but she continued to yell and curse in my face. Terrified and shaking, I called the police. I have never experienced such hostility and aggression from an employee before. The cops arrived, and I filed an incident report. I am now in the process of escalating this issue further. To be fair, the owner of the store did call me to address the issue, and apologized for her behavior but informed me that he will be retaining the employee and that this was a one off incident. According to the review I saw just before posting mine... it is clear that it is not a one off incident.
