Expect to wait for a lonnnnnng time even if you have an appointment. Don't get excited if they call you in the back, you will have to wait another 45 mins. They can never locate paperwork, I mean how hard is it to check your fax machine? Get some processes in place to better serve your customers. I will not be ever coming back here again. Just as bad as the POOR REVIEWS SAY !!! Nice facility but WAIT times are extensive and there is no communication to let you know how much longer. I took my 92 year old Mother in today and was told be there at 12 noon...with a 12:30 appointment. At 1:05 with a few folks going in and out I inquired at the front desk as was told we would be next. At 1: 15 I was told that in 15 more minutes we would be going in ( this is for a 1 hour imaging event ). Told the front desk NO WAY..I am out just give me the order back and was asked if I wanted to reschedule. Told them this was ALREADY A RESCHEDULE SO WHY WOULD I WANT TO TRY IT FOR A THIRD TIME ESPECIALLY WITH MY 92 Year old Mom. My thought is that if you do Imaging all the time then you should know how long a specific image takes and schedule accordingly to avoid EXCESSIVE WAIT TIMES. I've been sent here twice and both times I've had issues with service. While the waiting room is large, clean and comfortable, the same cannot be said for the staff. The front desk staff do not acknowledge you. I was also reprimanded for not showing up 30 minutes in advance of appt. When I called I was not told to be here earlier. I was told I would have to be "worked in" even though I showed up 15 minutes before my scheduled appt! Next time I will ask my doctor if I can go elsewhere. read more

Recommend you stay away from this place and ask your doctor to give you paperwork for another imaging center. Else you will keep receiving bills for services not provided and finally you will spoil your credit report for non-payment. I went there in July 2016 for a CAT scan because my doctor gave me the paperwork for this place.First I found out that the scan was not covered by insurance and I would have to pay for the scan out of my own pocket. OK, so I went there in person and asked how much the scan would cost and they said $284. I called my insurance company United healthcare and check what the negotiated rate was for the CAT scan and they told me $284. So I went to the place and had the scan done and paid $284 with my credit card. Imagine my surprise, when I start receiving bills from them for additional payment in October 2016. Of course, I refused to pay. So in January 2017 they have turned over my account to a collection agency and reported me to all the credit agencies. I hope president Trump does something to reform the medical profession and the healthcare system. They should be required to publish the cost of their services online and have the menu available in their office. All other places we know upfront what the cost of service is. read more

How is this place even open? I had such a bad experience with this place; I was 6 months pregnant and had severe abdomen pains when my doctor asked me to get an ultrasound done. I told them this place is close to my house and they sent an order for an ultrasound here. My appt was at 5:00pm and I got there at 5:02pm when the receptionist told me that they can't see me anymore. I told them I work near the downtown area and the drive from there is unpredictable, so I didn't know I was going to be 2 minutes late. She kept saying it's not possible because the tech was already gone for the day. After 10 minutes of us talking back and forth, I told her just to check if she's still here. She made an annoyed face and called the tech who told her to send me in, after which her reply was, are you sure? It's pass your working hours, you really don't need to do this. I was in shock that someone could be so unprofessional and not understanding of a patients situation as I had told her I was in severe pain. 2 days after, I went to see my Ob/gyn who said the ultrasound wasn't done correctly and I would need to go somewhere else. I was extremely angry but still went somewhere else and got my ultrasound done. I called this place back to ask for a refund as the results were useless and the tech just argued back. She finally got annoyed and said ok we will refund you your money. A month later they still had not refunded me so I called back again. They connected me to one of the doctors who said he's "offended" that my Ob said the results weren't good and he wants my doctor to call him and tell him that she couldn't use the results. I told me doctor and she made the call for me, after which their reply to her was "we will refund your patient the money IF she calls us back again". Are you kidding me? You want me to beg you guys to give me my money back after you guys provided me with the worse service I have ever received? So I called back and they would ask me my name and say the manager is in a meeting and she will call you in 20 minutes. I waited an hour and called back and was told that she's in another meeting now and will call me in another 20 minutes. Two hours later I call again and they said that she's gone home already and will call me on Monday. How unprofessional can they be? From front desk all the way to the management, no one knows the meaning of professionalism. I reported this clinic to my insurance company and they are sending them a warning. The insurance companies also don't feel comfortable working with such unprofessional individuals as they don't want this happening to other patients also. I would highly advise everyone to never visit this place again if you don't want to waste your money and time. read more

The customer service at this place has to be the worst I've ever experienced. It's been over 7 days since my husband had scan done, he called to see if Dr received it yet? The Dr couldnt even track it down! I called 3 times and hit prompt # 2 for the medical records, 3 times I heard music then it went CLICK, hung up on me!! I called and left message with Jennifer the office manager, heard her voicemail telling me to hit 0 to talk to a rep, then guess what I heard the same message telling me to hit all the prompts! I am still trying to get them to file my claim to my insurance company 10 days later. They told me it was filed, but insurance company has not received it. When you call, no one knows anything and you get the run around... Called the billing dept. They told me they don't deal with claims and to call the office where the CT scan was done. Awful experience. Trying to scam money from me and insurance. 1. Asked for sedation before my scan and showed up an hour early as requested. When I was called in for the scan, the techs said they 'didn't know' and that sedation was 'a lot'. 2. My doctor prescribed a scan WITH contrast. Global Imaging confirmed with me on the phone that they got insurance approval. After I got the scan, I asked, why it was quicker than planned? They then told me that insurance approved a cheaper scan WITHOUT contrast and they got physician approval for the cheaper scan. I knew I needed a scan WITH contrast, so I called my doctor to find out more. My doctor DID NOT approve the cheaper scan. In fact the cheaper scan would be useless for what she needed to know. AND my doctor had already contacted insurance to ensure approval of the scan I needed. When I addressed this with Global Imaging, they DID NOT address the misinformation issue and would not discuss why I was lied to. 3.After I got, and paid for, the scan I needed, they did not send the report to my doctor. I had to call them to tell them to send it. My doctor asked for the information, 'stat', but they did not send it. I feel as thought Global Imaging felt that it was ok to play with my health so they could get paid for unnecessary scans. read more

I went here for MRI, referred by my doctor. Cost was reasonable, staff was non-attentive. Had a very difficult time getting results to take to specialist doctor. Multiple phone calls, left messages as instructed. Had to get stern with receptionist to get manager on line and demand test results. She had them available next day but had bad attitude. MRI was very poor quality, doctor said go somewhere else next time. read more

Ladies took numerous people ahead of me (five so far) after stating only three ahead when I arrived. I would not t have stayed if told 5+ upon arrival. Also, when I asked the receptionists for my ID and insurance I was told the x-ray technicians have them? Why? It's not professional to tell customers on the phone you are just walk-in when others are in and out with appointments. Otherwise, I would have made an appointment. Be wary! read more

I love this place! The customer service was great I was sent over by the urgent care. In extreme pain. They got me in and out for my CT scan. And my results were with my doctor within one hour. The technologist was so nice. I will definitely be going back. read more

My husband had his x-rays done there and he said they were very helpful. He did not had his reading glasses and they assisted with filling out the paper work. Also the wait time was not long. The doctor received the x-rays within a couple of days. read more

Shocked to see low ratings for this place. My husband got an MRI done recently and we had a very pleasant experience. Right from the scheduling dept to front desk to MRI technician, everyone was awesome. Facility was very clean. Highly recommend this imaging center. I really want to like this place as the owner (Radiologist) is a decent person. I talked to him about his employees. The EMT was ok, but he is managed by a director who can be only described as an angry rude person that McDonald's fired for bad service. Barbie (cannot believe any self respecting woman would allow herself to be called that) is the director who has the rudeness of a cobra. She is running around with zero processes and customer service. The front office manager was more worried about the costume for his kid than the customer standing before him. My pet peeve is when I am standing there in front of him and he takes a call and works out the issue on the phone rather than asking the person to wait while he finished with me. I had to teach the insurance verification person how to do her job. She had an attitude and got into an argument with my insurance company. The owner needs to fire the director and manager; hire new employees, put processes in place and teach customer service to everyone there except the EMT. read more

I was originally scheduled for a chest MRI at a local Sugar Land hospital. After finding out the name of the procedure and the procedure code, I called their business office to inquire what would be my out of pocket cost (after insurance pays, etc). It was over $300. I used my insurance company's website to find places near me that do the procedure. That's how I found Global Imaging. Their price, for the exact same procedure, was 20% of the hospital price, saving me a chunk of money. All the GI staff I encountered were courteous and most importantly professional; I felt comfortable doing the procedure there. The facilities are spotless (they look new). I plan to use them in the future and can confidently recommend them to anyone. read more

I can't understand the bad reviews! I have been a long time patient of Global imaging and have had awesome service every time! The front desk gets you in for a timely appointment, caring staff, quality work! The price is reasonable. This is the place to go. While waiting for an appointment I watched the staff. It says so much about who they are! They brought a waiting patient water and use "please" and "thank you". There is a kind and respectful helpfulness especially from Ephraim. Excellent service and staff. I had my mammogram here in 2013 and again 2015. I have difficulty with mammograms because of fibromyalgia. The technicians were both very considerate and kind. They performed the mammogram quickly and almost painlessly. I recommend this imaging center to everyone! read more

So I have had a cervical fusion and lower lumbar fusion with hardware, and this has been in place for over 10 years. A MRI was order with and without contrast and eventually the report was given to my doctor. However, it turns out that they sent the wrong images that were not mine. When my doctor did finally get them he questioned the report. I went to have an orthopedist look at them who also questioned the report. The feeling I was getting is that the technician either sent the wrong report or they were not accurate. Anyway, I asked to have another MRI done at a different place. The staff acts like they are too busy to deal with you. When you arrive early (they request you arrive 30 minutes early) expect to be there for an hour or longer before getting into the machine. The techs in the back seemed very nice, but the ladies at the front desk are a bit rude. read more

Handed my insurance card and ID to the desk woman, filled out my paperwork for a simple X-Ray. 30 minutes later inquired about the wait and was told they were "just about to put the information in the computer". I'm familiar with wait times but this is ridiculous. They also don't take appointments. This would be fine if they were actually efficient, but they are not and therein lies the problem. Horrible! I was referred there by my doctor. They called and scheduled my apt. Then they call me saying they are having trouble with my insurance approving. And that they would call me back 5. Well they didn't call I called and the lady had already left. I was then told I would be contacted first thing in the Am. Keep in mind my apt was suppose to be At 945. So I didn't hear anything in the am from them so then I called them again. Now they're saying they are waiting for my doctors referral and that would call me back. Wrong! I had my dr schedule me somewhere else. Then at 230! I finally here back from them saying that I had my apt with them at 945!!! I wouldn't even bother with this place! Just horrible! Awful front office staff. Extremely unorganized!!! When I got there they did not have any of my information on hand. When the front desk person asked about my "face sheet", the other assistant could not find it. The front desk person said "she has an appointment for today after verifying it in the computer, and handed me some paperwork to fill out. I sat in the waiting area filling out the paper work and could hear the ladies laughing saying "she had an appointment yesterday". I assumed the person they were making fun of was me (considering they did not have any of my paperwork) but I figured they wouldn't make me waste my time filling out paperwork if I did not have an appointment. After 20 minutes of filling out all their forms, I went up to the the front desk and sure enough the woman working there said the appointment I had was yesterday. I was floored! That was not what I was told over the phone! I had the correct date and time. When I asked if they make reminder calls, the woman said yes we do. She told me you should have received a call ma'am someone should have called you. I then asked what number was on file for me. When the young lady read my number back to me it was completely wrong. Not one digit, or two digits wrong, it was someone else's number all together. Not only were they unprofessional by not having any information including my orders (which were sent over), they thought it was funny to make me sit there filling out all that paperwork for nothing. The radiologist/doctor or whoever owns that facility should be embarrassed and aware of the incompetence in the front office. I would not recommend that facility to anyone! Needless to say I went to a different facility. read more
