Bummer. I had such great customer service here but the service team obviously didn't pay close enough attention. They fixed the coolant leak which was apparently due to a faulty cap on the expansion tank and told me my car was in "great condition". A few days later the check engine light comes on and I have a blown head gasket. For the amount the labor cost me at the dealership you would think they would do a thorough inspection considering I came in stating their was a coolant issue another shop could not get right. Find a local mechanic you trust instead. At least they won't be trying to meet quotas with the number of people in and out each day. read more

I brought my car in for repairs a couple of months ago and directly after leaving the dealership my car started smelling like burning oil. We unknowingly believed that maybe some oil got on the engine and was just burning off. THEN my oil light comes on and my car has an oil leak. I tried calling mini for a few weeks but the number on the internet does not work. And still does not work as of 5 minutes ago. I thought maybe they closed. I finally got another number and brought it in. I was initially told they put a bad part in the car and would replace issue for free. BUT, of course at the end of the day they now say I have 2k in repair cost for something they caused previously. I DON'T trust this dealership and neither should you. My hubby on a whim took me to this dealership, because he saw a Pewter Countryman S at a great price sitting on the lot. In no ways was it our plan to move forward that particular day. We were greeted by Tyler, who was friendly and not pushy. He took us on test drive and that was it. Finance was wonderful, and Matt the Business Manager was out of sight! I am so furious with the sales team right now. we spent the whole day looking to trade in our 2013 countryman s for a 2018. We found the car we were looking for, all to no avail. The car was sold out from under us, by a snake in the grass salesman. His name is Charles. I have never been so upset. Not to mention, this salesman almost hit us as we were pulling out. I would rate this place a -5!!! Make sure you read your invoice before and after they charge your card. I was told $69.95 for an oil change and $79.95 for an air filter replacement. They tried to charge $79.95 for an oil change and $89.95 for the air filter. I pointed out the price difference and they manually wrote the price on the invoice. I go to pay and they had charged $69.95 for the oil change and $89.95 for the air filter. AND! they charged a $10.95 "miscellaneous" charge without telling you what it is and why. If you can go anywhere else, DO SO!!!! they are friendly to your face, but will overcharge you at every chance they get. read more

I used this body shop for my BMW and couldn't be more pleased! The bumper had a bad rash with cracking paint and one of the headlight sprayer covers flew off. I was able to text pictures and get an estimate of costs/time to complete. I scheduled a time to come in and got email updates on when it went into the paint shop and when it was completed - SAME DAY!!!!!!!! Fast forward to the pick up: the part I had brought them to replace the cover on the bumper was the wrong one (doh! - I picked it up at a BMW dealership in AR). The manager was extremely accommodating, got me the correct part, painted it and had it ready in 3 days. I came in, snapped the part on the bumper and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend this body shop. It is closer than the BMW dealership to me (midtown) and overall very impressed with the efficiency and service. read more

We purchased a 2019 S Cooper with the John Cooper works package. This is a car that my wife has wanted for a number of years and we finally decided to take the plunge. Initial observations are all positive (even though it took eight days for delivery) we were contacted and were made aware of each step through the process. My salesman Floyd Holloway was very helpful from the time we walked through the door until we took delivery; I felt as if he had our interest as well as that of the dealership well represented. We met everyone from the general manager down to the finance manager, so we had that small family feel. When we purchased the car one of the things my wife emphasized was that she wanted her car fully loaded and we were told that the they found had all the bells and whistles. We noticed that the car does not come with the option to program our garage opener so we called the dealership and after explaining the problem have not received a call back, the family feel disappeared and no one from the dealership has made the time to address our concerns. If it was an oversight, we have on a number of occasions given them the opportunity to make it right; I finally got Floyd back on the phone and he was arriving back at the dealership and informed that he and the management team were discussing the issue last Wednesday morning and that someone from the team would call me. Here another week and still no call. It is disappointing to feel that we are an after-thought now that the sale is complete. As a business owner, I understand the importance of customer service and know that if I neglected one of my customers, like Global Imports Mini have neglected us; I would no longer have a customer. read more

This place is great from start to finish. I don't get where any bad reviews come from. Appointments are easy to set up. Call or do it online. They are cool with rescheduling. One time I showed up thinking I had an appointment, but it was the next weekend. They worked me in no problem. They always go above and beyond. They don't nickle and dime you. Last visit they unclogged my windshield washer fluid sprayer no charge. i was so worried I would be out $400 foe a motor. I have loved this place from my car purchase to present. read more

I've been here a few times. Overall, they seem friendly, but it's a little slow (2.5hrs for an oil change). After today's oil change, I also noticed several deep, prominent scratches on the bottom of my trunk door. I access the trunk daily (so I would've noticed it) and I noticed these immediately when I got home from the oil change/wash. I understand the oil change taking a while (since it's under warranty and I'm not a high check), but the scratches seem sloppy. Dropping my car off was a very easy process. However, being told it would be ready on a certain day and only to find out it's not, is a huge inconvenience. Receiving a call versus having to call repeatedly for an update would have been greatly appreciated. The only update I received was in the form of an email with a due date two weeks past. An entire month for a bumper replacement is absurd. Update---my car was dropped off 6/30. Today I was sent a picture of my car without a bumper or trunk. After nearly 30 days the only process that has taken place is dissembled parts. I can only hope that painting of the new parts has occurred. Clearly my car is not a priority nor is my business needed. I now fear a rush job. Definitely disappointed. read more

These guys are fine, but you must be a smart consumer. I spent over 4K for a warranty only to find that I could only use it at a BMW/Mini dealership. My fault as I should have read the pages of fine print better. This was not a big problem over the life of the warranty. In order to ensure everything was fixed before the warranty ran out, I paid $200 to get the car inspected at another repair shop. The guys are friendly enough, but sometimes I just didn't feel that they had my very best interest in mind. This is not at all a bad review, I simply feel you must do your homework and pay attention when you take your car to Global Imports Mini. I also own a Maserati (I know, different car ;-), but that experience is totally different. The Maserati dealership is only a few miles down the road from GIM. When I take my car there; however, I know that they will ALWAYS ensure everything is fixed, all recalls are done, my car is clean when I pick it up I only pay for what is absolutely necessary. I feel more like I am taking my car to a friend there and not just a dealership. Would I recommend GIM-Global Imports Mini?......Absolutely! Would I tell you that you don't need to ever worry about any repairs and you can just trust that they will always provide the very best service? Unfortunately only about 85-90% of the time. That is still a B+ or A-, you just need to be an educated consumer and pay attention. Question all charges, understand the details, ask "what if" questions and you will be just fine at this dealership. I give these guys 4 stars out of 5 all day! I visited Global Imports MINI for service, due to the scary "Engine malfunction, reduced power, get to the dealership" message in my 2015 Mini Convertible (purchased at Mall of Georgia MINI, which was a horrible experience). I made an appointment on my way and was assigned a service advisor at that time. When I arrived, I was greeted by a smiling, cheerful Lon, who was more than helpful. He informed me of the code read from my key, what it meant and immediately sent my car down to service. I mentioned to Lon that while I was waiting for service, I would like to see a specific Countryman in their inventory. He introduced me to Sergei on the sales team. Sergei was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to show me many of the features the 2018 Countryman had that my 2015 Convertible lacked. When the time came for a test drive, Sergei insisted on taking the driver seat first to show me a few more features before putting me behind the wheel. I ended up purchasing the Countryman and have no regrets. Tyler in finance was also awesome and worked to get the best interest rate available, which I appreciated. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and helpful. After purchase, my car was pulled into the showroom for a full tutorial of all the bells and whistles. We came in to get our mini cooper serviced for an open national recall. We dropped the car off at 4pm and was told it would require time to complete the service. We received a call almost 24 hrs. later stating they could not complete the service due to an out of stock part "globally." In terms of customer service, it should not take any service advisor 23 hrs. to let us know the service can't be completed. When we came in we asked to speak to service manager and was pointed to another service advisor who didn't acknowledge us with a hello or even his name. They did not offer to call around to see if the part was available at another location, provide any suggestions on what we could do moving forward from a safety standpoint, or say they would call us when the part would become available. Being a sister company to BMW, this customer service is the complete opposite to the BMW service I receive at United. This was not the best first experience here and likely will be our last. read more

I purchased my MINI Cooper 4 years ago at Global Imports. I had a great experience receiving my car and for a while had a great experience having service done at GI. Lately, however that has changed. Earlier this year I took my car in for an inspection before a road trip. GI told me I needed to replace the front brake pads and rotors. I ordered the pads and rotors and did the replacement myself, but noticed that the pads were barely worn. The rotors were ready to be replaced though so I didn't think too much of it. Last week I took my car in for the scheduled oil change. They told me that I needed new struts, that my control arm bushings were completely shot, and that the oil pan gasket needed to be replaced. The suspension work would also require an alignment, which was not included in the price. Now, this was an expensive service and with the previous doubts about the brake recommendation, I decided to wait and get a second opinion. I did that and found out that the struts are fine, the control arm bushings are only moderately worn and will probably last at least 10K more miles, and the oil pan gasket is just something to keep an eye on. I was quoted $400+ less for the control arm bushing replacement, which included an alignment. So, I don't know if it's the bad economy effecting their level of service or what, but GI has lost my trust. I wouldn't mind buying a car here again, but I will not be taking my MINI here for service any more. read more

Well I'm never coming back here. I recommend SPORTS MOTORING if you have a mini that needs any kind of repairs. THIS PLACE ABSOLUTELY SUCKS IN COMPARISON. So my 05' mini was deteriorating with time and I brought it in for some hefty repairs. The idiot service man tell me that the biggest problem, my SQUEAKY ass turns, TURNS OUT IT WAS A FACTORY MISTAKE THAT WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. HOWEVER dipshit tells me I missed the warranty by a month or so. OK. It just makes me angry thinking of this. I tried to bargain with him and haggle over the price and i almost had him down from the ridiculous quote they gave me but that was only if I paid that day. I'm telling you, vultures. So I got that shit taken care of. Eventually. It took me two separate visits and payments for the one problem that SHOULD HAVE BEEN FUCKING COVERED. Then I brought it back. My boyfriend at the time felt responsible and helped me with the repairs. YOU KNOW IF IM ALREADY GETTING FUCKING REPAIRS YOU CAN GIVE ME THE DIAGNOSTIC SHEET AND MAKE SURE IM NOT DRIVING AROUND IN A DEATH MACHINE BUT NO. We fucking specifically requested a full tune up diagnostic test to see what all needed to be fixed. They pretty much ignored this and gave us some bullshit about how that wasn't possible now with the influx of customers who were just wasting their time. We were prepared to get my car fixed completely. After that bullshit, where they were so cheap they wouldnt even refill the oil or whatever, I don't know he was pissed about that. Buyers Beware! You may want to think twice about purchasing a car from this facility! We purchased a car our daughter, a used Mini Cooper. The experience was ok during the sales process, we found the sales rep Peter hilarious on his pitch on how how many people wanted the car so we should hurry up and buy it. Telling stories of how other customers couldn't get approved and so on. We should have payed attention to his lack of sales techniques and just having plain ole hunger for money. The car was a starter car for our daughter going to college it was not expensive and she loved it and that's why we purchased it. The car didn't last 6 mos before the engine went. The lack of accountability floored me when I returned with the issue. My daughters car note was initially $150 and economical for her. Instead of fixing her car or trading they wanted to put her in a brand new car and give a college student a $370 car note instead. The focus was always money no concern for the car they sold to us or the customer. I attempted to work with the manager Asif and even escalated to the General Manager Paul at this facility. They promised to work something out for her and it took them 4 months to do absolutely nothing. In the meantime I wanted to show good faith in our buyers relationship and bought my son there to purchase him a car. He purchased a used 2017 Honda Civic turbo coupe. It was a beautiful car. However we had to return the car 3xs after purchase for electrical issues then shortly after the car spun out for no reason and we are currently seeking a good attorneys aid at this time. I am totally exhausted and stressed after doing business with this company. I had no more fight left for a moment. Afterwards they decided to make up a story and say after 4 months of having her car and never saying they found damage in the beginning that my daughters car was damaged and she told them she hit something. Never in my life have I seen such trifle. All I can do at this point is make sure no one else experience issues like this. Don't waste your money here, don't fall for the inexperienced sales pitches of "hurry up and buy" techniques from Peter. Seek dealerships that thrive in customer care in their reviews written by real customers. They still exist! Honda replaced a transmission for me after five years of purchase because they stand behind their products! Don't be fooled. Investigate before purchasing. Listen to the real reviews. THE WORST SERVICE EVER. Brought my Mini Cooper here because our timing chain stretched and my engine died while driving on the highway. After doing a diagnostic, this dealership told us to get a new engine because the timing chain stretched and it hit a valve in the engine so it would be recommended to just go ahead and put in a new engine instead of trying to repair the current one. So we did. When inquiring about the timing chain class action lawsuit that's currently taking place, they told us that the timing chain probably stretched because of low oil (we didn't need an oil change for another 1000-3000 miles). When we asked them to check and confirm that, a couple hours later, they called and confirmed it was due to low oil and that there was no blame on Mini. We paid over $7000 for a new engine and within a month, my engine check engine light came on and it started to stall out before being able to put it into reverse or drive. THIS morning, we were trying to take it into this same dealership, and the poor car didn't even make it down a couple blocks. When calling Mini to see if they could tow the car in (because the engine is under warranty), they said we'd have to pay for their road side assistance! So much for customer service and so much for "warranty." We had to find our means and got it towed there. The service guy made up another excuse (like our low oil scenario above) and said it might not be a problem with the engine but something else may have failed that made the check engine light come on. I can't believe THEY DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT THE ENGINE YET, and they're already making up excuses. This has been very disappointing. I have been a proud mini cooper owner for years, as a matter of fact,this is my second mini cooper. I have lost all faith and will tell everyone that this place has the worst service and to not drive Mini's. You would think that after dropping thousands of dollars, you would at least get some courtesy or decent service, but apparently not. Also, they talked me into paying more for the car to cover the tires but, have never needed to replace a tire for any other reason then wear and tear which isn't covered. I have long had a thing for MINIs so going to their dealership was like being in a room full of puppies-- I wanted to take them all home, they were so precious. Being surrounded by so many things I wanted was really hard, but just like the animal shelter, I was a good girl and went home empty handed. Their showroom is huge and has an awesome array of models for you to sit and play in, from the most basic to the most pimped out. They were happy to let us go for a test drive without a salesman, which was pretty sweet, especially when you're testing out one of the S models. My salesguy, Pete, was very nice and a little pushy but not overly so. He was nice enough to draw up all of the paperwork I needed to make an informed decision, including a higher-than-expected value on my trade-in. Again, I just really liked how cool and laid back they were about the whole process: it didn't feel like one of those slimy situations I've found myself in in the past. I am shocked at the level of negligence, lack of sympathy and overall horrible customer service that I recently experienced.  What occurred is completely unacceptable...  About a week and a half ago, I called Mini Roadside Assistance to have my vehicle towed to this dealership.   Mini Assist. ordered service from a tow company and the driver called me when he dropped it off to let me know he handed my vehicle's keys off to an employee. That Same day, I called and spoke to Global imports very unfriendly female receptionist. I told her that I was having my vehicle towed, and asked that she set up an appointment. I mentioned that it was under warranty and that my car was coming in with a busted tire. I did not receive a phone call from a service provider that day. Saturday went by and I still had not heard from the dealership in regards to my car. I called multiple times that day with no answer. I got through to the receptionist only one time and was told that service was extremely busy and that there was only one tech. working. Hours went by without a call back.  The dealership is 17mi. from my house in Atlanta, but I was frustrated about no one answering the phone or calling back, so much so, that I decided to show up at the location.  The General Manager, Marvin, came out and sent two of his employees to search the lot for my car before he went out to search for it himself.  I trusted that he searched everywhere. Marvin explained that sometimes tow truck drivers mistakingly drop cars at Global Imports BMW but he didn't offer to call to check for me.  He also didn't offer to reach out to anyone else who might be of help to me.  The tow truck company sent me the digital log that stated the time my car was picked up and the time in which it arrived to their dealership.  Mini Roadside Assist. Also confirmed this. The address for the drop off was indeed the address of the dealership. I walked the lot with an employee who was helpful at first but then decided to neglect me for a customer who was buying a car.  I asked to have someone who was with management to come in or for someone with keys to check the all of the service areas. I made it clear that we wanted the entire property searched in an effort to find my Mini. This was not only a stressful situation for me, but was also a huge stress with Mini Roadside Assist and the towing company, who I spent hours speaking with.   Through Saturday and Sunday I called and searching other dealership's lots. Throughout this process not one employee from Global Imports Mini called to see if we had found my Mini or offered to call dealerships. Monday morning Icalled and asked the service director to search. Thankfully he located my vehicle.  When he called to inform me that they had found my car his excuse for the misplacement of my vehicle was because of the location in which it was dropped on their property.  He said this "rarely" happens. There wasn't an apology without a "but..." that followed.  I don't understand why I wasn't connected with this man in the first place. It was as if locating my car wasn't a big deal! At some point, somebody took the keys for my vehicle from the tow truck driver.  I'm baffled that my vehicle wasn't logged or entered into the system as soon as the keys were in one of the employee's hands. If they had searched the entire property located at that address, like I had requested, I could've avoided much stress.  When I picked my car up Monday, not one person from upper management came out to greet me or apologize for the mix up. it was inappropriate to not have someone who was familiar with the situation, present at the time I was checking out.  It's ridiculous that no one could come out to apologize or take any accountability for the stress this situation caused. Not only did they not apologize but they also didn't approach me again to ensure that any future services there would be handled correctly.  They voided the cost of my tire replacement, which in my opinion, was a poor and cowardly apology for all that I had gone through.  I spent over $60 in Uber rides getting to and from work. I had to reschedule clients and missed out on money while taking time to search for my car. I was picking up family when my tire went flat.  I went without a vehicle while they were in town and missed out on time I could've spent with them because I had no transportation.The time I did spend with them was used to search locations for my car. I had to file a police report for my missing/stolen vehicle and had to physically go to the nearest police station to the dealership. I understand that mistakes happen. I am more so disappointed in the way in which Global Imports Mini handled this situation and were of little help. I am not comfortable or trusting of this dealership and can only hope my review will encourage better customer care. read more

I thought my problem would be at least a thousand dollars based on my internet research. I drove out of Global 2 hours and fifteen minutes later for $250.00. On a busy Saturday morning with no appointment. And a complimentary car wash, and a decent cup of coffee. Global has a life-long customer, and Minis are adorable. Go there. read more

Took in my wife's 2006 Mini Cooper S today. The car has 25k miles. Yes thats right 25K miles. Garage kept, driven gingerly, never a pothole, etc. Car was running fine, no problems in particular except for a rubbing sound on one of the tires. And they tell me I need $3,300.00 worth of work. So I'm really not the idiot the service advisor / department thinks I must be - I think. Said I needed: Brake system flush Cooling system flush New pads and rotors all around New control arm bushings Power steering hose Engine Mount and the list goes on and on. Again, at 25K miles. Is it just me or am I being duped? I feel like it. I called the dealership and spoke with another service advisor, and their position was - well we are just advisors. The technicians are supposed to tell us what you need.... basically passing it off as not their problem. Additionally, I called several other mechanics, service centers, etc., and all of them said you need all of this at 25K miles? Are Mini's disposable cars? Well I should hope not at the $29K I paid. I am sure the work will be done correctly. But good lord. I just can't get get over all this at 25K miles. I won't be returning. read more

Hi I got my Mini in March of 2013. Brand new Roadstar. Beautiful car, fantastic driving experience!!!!! The Mini Service staff has always been great, friendly and very helpful. The reason I am rating this not as 5 Stars, is that up to this day i still cannot use my in car calling feature. I can hear people within my car, however nobody on the line can hear me. I was told several times that there is nothing that Mini could do about the microphone issues. This was disappointing to me, as i have a premium car (including price) but a main functionality i need to use on a day to day basis is not working. Delivering Extraordinary BAD Customer Service! My wife's MINI was due for service and she scheduled an appointment in December. Today they told her if she would have brought her MINI before January 5th it would have been still in the 3 years service package. There was no any good will from the service manager to be accommodating or at least to offer a discount on the service today. In addition the 3-years service package which was included standard with all Minis at the date of purchase (this is what they told us) was truly an extra premium and it was definitely not worth the price. We love the Mini, it's a cool car and fun to drive but I can't recommend GLOBAL at all. One of our friends has his Mini now since +10 years and is doing his service here in Roswell. All original parts, great customer service and 30% to 40% less expensive as GLOBAL. read more

I purchased my first Mini 8 years from a Atlanta area Mini dealer that no longer exists. My car was recently totaled in a wreck and I was ready to buy when I walked into Global Imports Mini yesterday, which was the first time I've ever set foot in the place. Salesman ("Motoring advisor") Sergei AntipovI was the first to approach me and offer assistance. There was a lot to take in as Mini has definitely 'grown up' since the last time I went car shopping in 2008. Sergei was super helpful and spent about 2 hours showing me all the new features in a variety of the cars on the lot. Without being pushy, he found one particular car and worked up a super deal for me. It wasn't the color I was looking for and frankly, I didn't know what color I wanted so I told him I would think about it overnight and let him know by week's end. When I got home, I searched their website and found one I had not seen in the showroom. I emailed Sergei pretty late last night asking questions about the car and he immediately replied. He told me that this was one of the best deals on the lot and it had everything I was looking for. So today I drove back up to the dealership to see this other car. Sergei was right, it was perfect. I purchased the car this afternoon. Regarding the dealership, it is a little out of the way for me, but the incredible service that Sergei provided took precedence over the location. I have never had a better experience shopping for and purchasing a car. I would definitely recommend Sergei and Global Imports Mini. You're kinda stuck with the local dealership when your car is under warranty, so I was glad that all the times I needed service in Atlanta, this dealership took care of what I needed in a respectful, and rapid manner. I've been in town for a couple years and over that time, I've exclusively used this site. When I needed an oil change, they gave me a ride too and from work. When another repair I needed involved me leave my car overnight, their friendly staff hooked me up with a sweet loaner car that was way nicer than the one I was having serviced. Recently my service light went off in the morning, and i was set up with an appointment that afternoon. My oil was changed, car cleaned, and a latch on my trunk fixed within 12 hours of the problem. They have me considering using them even after my warranty expires, which is a saying a lot. One draw back, they're service department is closed on Sundays. read more

I notice my check engine light was on so I stopped by Mini on Saturday morning to get it looked over. The first gentleman to assist me was very nice and welcoming (sorry I did not get his name). After reviewing my car history, he referred me to Josh for further assistance. As always Josh (Pruitt) was awesome! He put me in a loaner car and took care of all my car needs (radiator fix, oil change, and car wash). I was so happy with my service! My only negative is that the young man who brought out the loaner seemed to not be in a good mood (came across annoyed). I hesitated writing this part because we all have bad days and I've received excellent customer service from him in the past. All is forgiven because when I picked up my car he was back to the pleasant gentleman I worked with in the past. Keep up the excellent work guys!!!!! read more

We did not buy our Mini here but we had to take it in for warranty work and it was easy to schedule an appointment, they finished the work early and were very friendly. Before we decided to buy our Mini from a dealer in another state, Mark helped us at Global Imports and he was really helpful and friendly. I just bought a 2011 Cooper S Hardtop from TYLER and ASIF. From the beginning, TYLER, our motoring specialist, helped us decide on which car to buy and what all the features were. It was TYLER'S day off, but he came in to see the transaction through. I traded in my 2002 Mustang for a very fair price, and I never felt Global Imports MINI ever oversold me. There was no pressure at all and they gave me a stuffed bulldog to commemorate my purchase! They are extremely professional and are all about service. Three weeks later, the check engine light came on. The repairs were pricey. LONNIE, TYLER, and ASIF were so helpful in my time of stress, and decided to come together to help with the cost. We are in North Carolina and purchased our certified 2013 MINI From Tyler @ Global MINI. Five stars. The back story. We started our search here in NC. The first MINI dealer we visited had advertised a Certified MINI in 'excellent condition' that had more cosmetic damage, including a significant door ding, than we were willing to accept. The second MINI dealer that we visited showed us the MINI we came to test drive and when asked if it was a Certified MINI, the response was "It's pre-owned" which is not the same. Not all pre-owned MINIs are eligible for the 'certified label' and we found out later this one wasn't. They had a no-haggle price, we had a no haggle-offer. There was a no-deal. Our search expands and a Certified MINI In Atlanta was found. Global was called and Tyler answered the phone. He happened to be coming to NC in two days. He drove this particular car to NC. we test drove it. It was in excellent shape, mechanically and cosmetically. We put down the deposit sitting in a Wendy's. Becca flew into Atlanta the next week. She was picked up at the airport by Tyler and taken to GLOBAL. Her MINI was clean, detailed, filled with gas, and parked in the shade. This alone deserved five stars. This place is clean and the staff are mostly friendly. I went in to test drive a Mini and walked out with one. So if you are in the market to buy a nice, yet small car - which drives amazing (esp the Mini Cooper S, imo) with great mpgs. You should come here. Mitch was a great guy to work with in picking out my car and getting all the amenities I wanted. The only downside to the service was that they only offered water and coffee, with a soda vending machine that you had to pay for...so not a big deal. But most dealerships offer a wider selection of beverages. I took my car in to get detailed and the wait was short and they definitely fulfilled their end of the deal. I was even offered a temp car to drive around while I was waiting to get my car detailed. So repairs here are great thus far! read more

I recently purchased my MINI from Rick Massey at Global MINI. My experience couldn't have been better. He fully answered every question, stayed very late, was personable, professional and went the extra mile. I, also, spoke with Marvin regarding financing and he made the experience fun, imagine that! My ex in-laws owned a car dealership so I am quite familiar with how pressured an experience with a salesman can be.
