The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 would be that I don't feel like the trip was very tailored to our interest. It would've been nice to have a call before the trip and go through the itinerary. This is mostly concerning the driving tours, while it is a nice idea to get a driving tour through a new city, it's not the most pleasant when you can not see any of the attractions you are learning about. I also feel like I had to be the one initiating the contact with Alexa, and then waiting (sometimes days) for a response. For the price paid I would've expected more catering to the client. My last concern would be that I canceled the second of our driving tours, 3 days prior for the reasons mentioned above, additional it was over 100 degrees and the tour was in a vitiate fiat, and the tour was not canceled. Wasting the driver and guides time. While Alexa's services did make our trip easier, in the future I would choose a more experienced travel agent who takes time to cater to clients wants and is more responsive.

After reviewing several profiles, I reached out to Lisa. Lisa was quick to get back to me. We discussed my goals for the vacation, my financial parameters, dates, etc. Within a few days of our initial consult, the trip was book. Having been to Cabo many times, Lisa was able to recommend a PERFECT resort for us. Soon after I booked, I decided to Yelp and Google the resort she chose. I started with Yelp. After reading numerous Yelp reviews on the resort, I must admit: I was a concerned. Many 1-2 star reviews complaining about a/c, room service, customer service, and conditions of facility had me kicking myself in the a$$ for not checking Yelp BEFORE booking. I ran another search several days later and looked at a few more reviews, only to find more of the same. I reached out to Lisa regarding my research; she was surprised by the reviews; but she was not phased. She calmly assured me that everything would be alright and that my family would have a great time. She has been to Cabo many, many times; I found solace in that and decided to stop looking at reviews and just "go with it." A few days before the trip, we received a care package from Lisa. It contained some important, location-specific tips regarding the trip. I almost got sucked into a time-share conversation; but since I was armed with Lisa's sound advice, I was able to juke and stiff-arm them at the hotel. She also warned us about the time-share hawks at the airport - I was less successful in staving off the attack there; they sucked me into a 20-min conversation (but they didn't get money from me). On the morning of the trip, we received a text message from Lisa. She wanted to make sure we had made it to the airport and that we had everything we need. She was a phone call away in case we needed any last-minute quarterbacking. Nice touch! Back to the resort Lisa chose for us: Yelp was wrong. Lisa was right. Pueblo Bonito Rose was awesome! First and foremost, it is 8-10 minute walking distance from downtown; you can walk through the city or through the beach to get to downtown! Most other resorts are far away, secluded in the desert; you're sorta' stuck there once you get there (we learned this after visiting a few sister resorts). Second, the FOOD: amazing! We picked the all-inclusive package figuring it'd be easier to deal with the kids. After tasting the food, we didn't eat anywhere else during the entire 5-day trip except one time! Food was that good. Thank you, Lisa, for planning a wonderful vacation for my family! Your help was instrumental in forging this wonderful family experience. We paid over $2,000 for the ticket for travel from March XX to April XX 2026 (less than a month). I had trouble checking in with my mom e-ticket through the app before she arrived at the airport. This was our first experience with Satrlux airline, and yes, their customer service is worse compared to Eve. If you speak English, I'm sure you can book the ticket directly through their website, but since my mom travels alone, she felt more comfortable booking through an agent, which I do not recommend. This agent was terrible -- they entered my mom's name incorrectly, which prevented me from checking in online. We arrived early at the airport, following her advice to check in and get a physical ticket, which was unnecessary since everything else could be done with just a QR code from the app, to avoid long waits. We arrived at 6:15 pm and had to wait in line until 8:30 pm for the check-in booth to open, while most people checked in earlier and only needed to drop off their luggage. We paid over $2,000 for my mom's ticket, and she couldn't get a good seat because those who checked in early were assigned seats first. If you want to avoid what my mom went through, stay away from this agency. They are the worst.
