    I would not recommend using Allure in Philadelphia owned by Roi Albo. I have had nothing but…read moretrouble since we started this process. Michael Halpern came out and measured my windows and said he would get back to me with a quote. A week later, he still did not get back to me with a quote. I had to follow up with the company several times to get a quote. This should've been my first sign. After signing the contract, Michael told me I would receive my shades in 4 to 5 weeks. After nine weeks, the shades were not ready. I had to follow up with the company multiple times to find out when my shades were coming in. They were full of excuses. Finally, they scheduled a day for install after me calling many times. When the shades arrived, four of the seven shades I ordered were measured wrong and could not be hung. I called and they said they would call me later in the day to explain how they would fix the situation. 2 days later I still did not receive a phone call. After I called them and they returned days later to install the shades that were measured wrong, there were still many issues. They did not supply me with the proper amount of remotes. They did not provide a bottom track for one of my shades. There were nails showing on the frames of the shades that were supposed to have caps on them. The day after the shade was installed the chain to open the shade broke. Finally, they came back to fix the chain and it still does not work. They brought a piece of trim that belongs a floor and tried to install that on the bottom of my window. I'm not sure that the owner, Roi Albo, would have that in his house. I asked him to come to my house to look at the windows that and he will not schedule a time. I still do not have the bottom rail to one of my shades. I also still do not have the proper remote. One shade will not open because the chain is faulty. I would not recommend this company to anyone and cannot possibly understand how they can run a business like this. The only positive experience I've had has been with the installers. They are very friendly and nice.

    Rob did an incredible job with our AV project and I would highly recommend his work to any…read moreindividual or organization! Our original project was a botched Amazon Wall Mounting service that had originally taken 3-4 hours for the Amazon tech and the result was of terrible quality with wires sticking out of the wall and our soundbar hanging from the TV. As this was not up to par with our expectations, we set out to employee an outside AV company to come in and correct the work. I reached out to Rob in an urgent state since the previous AV company we were supposed to work with had cancelled on us with no apologies, and I was quickly put to work on finding a replacement. I sent out a quote request over Yelp with a detailed description of the project we were working on to various AV companies in the Philadelphia area, and Rob got back to me quickly and with a solid quote. He was able to schedule us in the following day to get the project done quickly. Rob came in and addressed our project in a professional and high quality manner. He was very knowledgeable about our project and even let us know that the way the Amazon tech had wired the TV was against building code and that if we had not had someone come in to fix it, we could have gotten a fine by the building inspectors. Rob was able to get the job done in less than an hour and a half and we are thrilled with the work he did!!! Between his professional and educated manner and expertise of his work, I would highly recommend him for any AV project.

There's been a personal angle that I think starts with your leadership, but seems to have been conveyed to each of your sales reps and your service techs. The first person I spent time with was Kevin on a Saturday morning a few years ago, directly after having an uncomfortable visit at World Wide Stereo. They have the stuff, but they have neither the environment nor the people who are able to provide what I need to feel before unloading significant resources towards things that I really like, but maybe don't truly need. Regarding Kevin, the stunning realization of how much information was stored in one person's brain was a bit overwhelming, and I can recognize it because of the business niche I've been in for the last 35 years. Since then I've dealt with you, Eddie (who I will request on any installation job in the future) and others, all with really good experiences. I want to now mention Matt Gorman, with whom I've begun exploring lighting options for our home. Although I had seen him in your shop many times before, you introduced him to me as your lighting specialist back in April earlier this year. His effort and his persistence in following up on even the most minute details of this project has been really impressive. He has made multiple home visits, brought out a rep (Tony) of your preferred lighting supplier, and provided a quote that reflected our site visits and discussions. Right now, I have commitments that will delay my ability to greenlight the proposal, but I will act on it (probably in phases) as soon as I get from behind some other financial commitments. In the meantime, he called me a few days ago just to check-in. There was no pressure or frustration expressed from him regarding the delay. Instead, I mentioned an A/V receiver replacement I needed to explore. He said he would prepare a quote for that need and he delivered it last night as promised. I will be moving forward with that. Just know that I appreciate the experience I've had with you and your team since I walked into your shop a few years back, and that most of that has had to do with the people that represent your operation.
