To top off my extremely negative renting process Ive since received un authorized charges outside of agreed upon services to my form of payment. With 2 sales folks who have nothing better to do in an empty store.. but play House, Designer or Decorator while holding their clipboards tightly to their chest - their knowledge and customer service was far off the mark and simply disappointing (ie - pathetic). To have 1 salesperson scrambling to find the price of an item online, when in fact it was on their showroom floor and the other one looking for a catalog only to hungrily dart out behind the counter when the next victim entered their door.. and when asked enroute to her prey what the status was on my item n potential purchase .. be told in a muffled tone "I'm sorry I don't have any time"... HUH?! We walked towards the door together and I gently said, "I'm sorry you don't have time to help me" she fumbled because how does one reply to a comment such as that when you're in a customer service position... Customer Service is first in my book and when you fail to execute on the foundation of your job (which should be the easiest) ... you've lost my business....

The sales man offered to sell us 40 dollars worth of products they had and said that is the best they could do. We have hoped the company would have been more accommodating than that. i've found a pretty good selection of things at Angelic Resale in the past and i most definitely…read morewill continue shopping there, but in all fairness, i mostly shop for trinkets and stuffed animals. the service is very hit or miss. when i stopped at Angelic after failing my driving test for the second time, i was able to chat with one of the workers about it and we bonded over the fact that parallel parking is dumb. but on a separate occurrence when i was around 16, i stopped by and absolutely fell in love with this creepy clown doll. my stepdad's car broke down so we had to leave really quick and when we got back, we had maybe forty minutes left until they closed, but the women working that day decided to close early. the irritating part is that they got snippy with me and my mom when we asked if i could just run in and get something really fast, that i knew where it was, and that i wouldn't look around for anything else. overall, not that big a deal. basically, all that to say it's a decent shop with somewhat hit or miss service. oh, also, last thing, it is HOT in that shop!! if you're planning on going to just browse and you don't wanna feel rushed for any reason, don't wear a lot of layers!!
