With 2 sales folks who have nothing better to do in an empty store.. but play House, Designer or Decorator while holding their clipboards tightly to their chest - their knowledge and customer service was far off the mark and simply disappointing (ie - pathetic). To have 1 salesperson scrambling to find the price of an item online, when in fact it was on their showroom floor and the other one looking for a catalog only to hungrily dart out behind the counter when the next victim entered their door.. and when asked enroute to her prey what the status was on my item n potential purchase .. be told in a muffled tone "I'm sorry I don't have any time"... HUH?! We walked towards the door together and I gently said, "I'm sorry you don't have time to help me" she fumbled because how does one reply to a comment such as that when you're in a customer service position... Customer Service is first in my book and when you fail to execute on the foundation of your job (which should be the easiest) ... you've lost my business....

Custom high quality leather and the different options allowed us to pick our finishes. Brien told us about 3 months custom order, but order arrived in 9 weeks. Brien's knowledge, expertise and patience made the process seamless. Very pleased with our new leather furniture!

We have been so disappointed in our purchases. The furniture sits nothing like the set in the show…read moreroom. Beyond the furniture being uncomfortable and not what we hoped for appearance-wise, it has not held up well. A repairman came out to address the sagging of the leather on the back of the sofa but informed me that it would happen again as soon as I used my recliner so it wasn't worth fixing. I don't usually recline the seat, so the unevenness and sagging (pictured below) seems excessive. On a positive note, the staff is very pleasant even though they were unable to remedy any of our problems.

Even during the Christmas season, their hours convey their interest in helping customers - 10am-4pm. I went to their store and they did not have anything. I asked if she could get a rocker overnighted. "Not an option," she said. "It will take 6 weeks after you place your order." Well, with Christmas only one week away, that's not going to work. I asked if there was any place in town that might have a rocker. "I wouldn't know..." she said. I asked if there was an online dealer she could recommend. "No." And at that point I decided to leave. Plus I could tell she was becoming annoyed since 4pm was rapidly approaching. So having had enough of her "I don't give a crap attitude," I went home and did my own online search. I found the perfect chair at (believe it or not) Target. The price was only $75 and they overnighted the chair. I received it the very next day, fully assembled, extremely well packed, and in perfect condition. If there ever was a business that deserves to be run out of business by the big online retailers, Natural Wood Furnishings is it.
