Then i went to them to ask why i wasnt moved at the end of the month. I was met with aggravation and blantant gas lighting. And accordingly to them i was over reacting and states that i was aggressive. As a black women it is was so text book. Just to get me off thier back about my apartment .they told me they werent working on the apartment we agreed to. but a completely different apartment. and the apartment was also not complete. At this point i just had to shut up, because the next thing out of my mouth could land me who knows where. Homeless. With this rhetoric it made me uncomfortable and just sad cause i feel like im not allowed to be angry about something that anyone with a fiber of compassion would be upset about.

He "managed" 2 of my properties. His "inspections" were useless. Whenever, I flew into town to check on my property, I always found major damage that magically happened right after an inspection. I renovated one house before hiring him. He gave it back to me with every door kicked in, ceiling collapsed and the roof was rotted out. If Mike "manages" your property it might cost $30,000 in repairs when he returns it to you. Don't expect him to do anything that actually requires work on his part. Learn from my mistake, find somebody who will actually protect your real estate asset.

If there were any concerns with the property, Kim told us immediately. We ended up moving overseas for 3.5 years and during that time frame, we switched tenants. I can't imagine dealing with all of that while being overseas. We experienced minor tornado damage to the property and Kim was on top of it. She was always open and honest. She kept things fair for both us as the owners, as well as our tenants. We fully trusted Kim and never once had to worry about anything. It was such a huge load off to know we had that! She really was such a blessing. We decided to sell the property in 2021 and got teamed up with Donna. Donna was just as incredible as Kim from the very beginning to the very end. She made the entire selling process super easy. She was open and honest about our options and walked us through every step and answered every question we had. We live out of state and knowing we had someone we could trust to take care of selling the property was a relief. From our end, the selling process was easy. We know that's because Donna is such a phenomenal agent and took care of the heavy load of things on her end. As a home owner myself, I would be upset to know my home went uninspected. The only reason they came to inspect it, was because the owner was wanting to sell it. I had a dog and cats too, I would really want to know the animals were't destroying my home. The worst part was when I moved out. I left the house spotless, even leaving behind the extra cleaners for the next people. MHS thanked me by charging me $75 to dispose of trash. (the cleaning supplies) $40 to Repair/replace closet shelf. There were no broken closet shelves in the home upon my exit. There was one shelf not hanging, just as it was when I took possession of the home. This charge is ridiculous and invalid. $50 burnt microwave door. Absent pictures, I am unable to determine exactly what you mean by a burnt microwave door. I will say that I left the kitchen spotless and if there was a "burn" on the microwave door, it is from normal usage of the kitchen and any of the appliances so this charge is for normal wear and tear. $85 Repair/repaint doorframe. Which doorframe? Upon move in, I noted a damaged doorframe in the home. $200 House Please clarify exactly what this is. I am disputing the charge for "house." $20 untangle blind cords Seriously? The dishwasher didn't work the entire time I lived there and it was never repaired. The oven element went out twice when I lived there. It would just break. The second time, it was faster for me to order the part myself on amazon and install it. In the 18 1/2 months I lived in the home, there was one inspection, 14 months in. These issues should have been brought up at that time.
