Cris worked with me to design a Ubiquiti system that fit our needs and budget and made multiple recommendations to make sure our needs were met without inflating cost. He then outfitted our 12,000sq ft warehouse with Wifi, magnetic door locks, complete camera coverage inside and out, and configured our console, switch, and NVR so it was up and running right out of the gate. During all of this we were actively setting up the warehouse with heavy machinery, racks, and workstations and Cris had no problem working with and around us so there was no interruption in our daily operations. His knowledge was invaluable in evaluating products and general IT configuration. He was always on time and stayed in contact regarding re-scheduling when there were multiple roadblocks on our end - like not having a ramp to get the lift outside. I would highly recommend Fusion for any IT installs.

The owner's response was to blame us for supplying the equipment -- despite the fact that cabling and installation was their contracted responsibility. When we pushed back and refused to pay in full for a job that wasn't completed, they retaliated by leaving defamatory reviews on our company's own review pages. This is not a company that stands behind their work or treats customers with any respect. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

He hooked up the long cable( need the shorter one) and they said they would send the same guy to do that. So they didnt send anyone. we have 100 extra feet of cable and the only way to fix it is for my husband to do it. the service went out for over 24 hours 2 weeks ago. they said they could get some one out in about 5 days. my husband went back up on the roof and the dish was completely off the cradle ( half way down the roof). clearly the installer had not clicked it in properly before my husband installed it. My husband fixed it.. i guess he is a verified Starlink installer now. we paid for service.. which there is none. i have photos and would love to share if anyone needs them. This company should not be in business and not representing the Starlink product. They don't have qualified employees, they don't care, huge rip off. stay away.. very sad to spend this much money and have to do the job yourself.

Then THEY said my installation would be next. Hours later I called and THEY would see if someone was still in the area and would call me before THEY showed up. When I did not get the call, I called them back for a third time to see what was going on and they said my appt was for the 19 even though at 9:45 on the 12th, I was to be next. Then, THEY emailed me, knowing that I don't have any internet, and said someone would be doing the outside installation on the 13, still leaving me without internet service. I was leaving Astound for poor service and now I can't even get Google to install my service correctly. Will see if Spectrum can do better. THEY called me back today and said that they are working on the outside and should be able to do the inside tomorrow or before the 19th.

GF treated me like I was stupid when I have texts from them agreeing to my quote. We'll see who's stupid. Google treats residential customers as ignorant peasants. Business class customers have account managers that take care of every tiny issue to keep them happy. Peasant class? Move along before we disconnect you for being difficult.

He was extremely polite, answered my questions, and helped me without an issue. I came in again this past week to trade in my old device and finish setting up my new device. Sadly, Micole wasn't in that day, and someone else named Yareli helped me. Unfortunately, Yareli wasn't polite or helpful. I'm not sure if employees at Verizon work on some sort of commission, but it was pretty clear that Yareli only wanted to help if I paid for it. I've been a Verizon customer for over 15 years, and I have never been treated that way. I had just bought a whole new iPhone and she quickly shut down as soon as I said I wasn't interested in paying $29.99 for her to set up my device. I was already halfway through setting it up but had encountered a roadblock because something was wrong with the settings of my Verizon account (a Verizon rep needed to change it for me, and I wasn't able to do this myself). Yareli was short with me and ended up completely walking away after a few minutes once I said I just had a few questions and didn't need her to set up the whole device. Mind you, I still had a few questions that she didn't answer. My sister had come in with me and also had the same issue. When we finished setting up our devices and were ready to completely wipe and trade in the old ones, Yareli took my sister's phone and marked on her iPad that it was in "very bad condition". This was because the screen protector had a crack...we told Yareli that it was just the protector and took it off in front of her to show that the screen was intact, and she rolled her eyes. She then marked on her iPad that it was in "good condition", which changed the trade-in value from $100 to $1000. Given the huge difference that change made in the value of the trade-in, Yareli should have been extra cautious and should have inquired about the cracks instead of making an assumption. Nevertheless, it was really obvious it was just the screen protector, so truly it just seemed like Yareli wanted to pull something on us. I totally understand that everyone has a bad day once in a while, but Yareli made it seem like we were asking her to bring us a piece of the moon, when in reality we were asking her questions well within the realm of her job description. Her behavior was embarrassing and unacceptable in a client-facing role.
